What is guidance?

Guidance, originally an ancient health-preserving technique, appeared as early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. A two-bird play called Bear Classic and Bird God combined "blowing and breathing". Guidance is a kind of health-keeping exercise in ancient China, which combines breathing exercise (guidance) with limb exercise (guidance). It is also one of the dynamic exercises in Qigong, similar to modern health-care gymnastics.

The "Baduanjin" that appeared at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty also circulated in the society for a long time.
