Keep your lungs healthy. Remember "four taboos and five nurtures"
Health preservation in autumn should conform to the natural laws of Tibet in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and take raising and harvesting as the general principle. The lung is the canopy of the zang-fu organs, also known as scorched viscera, which likes moistening and hates dryness, and is moist and delicate. Pay attention to nourishing and moistening the lungs in autumn.

There are "four fears" in the lungs, try to avoid them.

1, afraid of gas

The lung is in charge of the whole body's qi and is a place for gas exchange. The quality of inhaled gas directly affects the lungs. Toxic gases produced by cigarettes, polluted air, kitchen fumes, etc. Are easy to hurt the lungs. Therefore, some harmful gases will damage lung function and even induce various lung diseases.

2, afraid of dryness

The lung likes to moisten dryness, and dryness is the easiest to hurt the lung. Once dryness and evil damage the lungs, it is easy to induce various lung diseases when autumn comes. Therefore, we should pay attention to moistening the lungs in daily life to fight against the invasion of dryness and evil.

3, afraid of cold

The lungs like warmth and fear cold, and they are often the first to get hurt when cold comes. Cold pathogens invade the lungs through the nose and mouth, so that lung qi can not be dispersed and body fluid can not be condensed, thus inducing respiratory diseases such as colds, which may lead to decreased immunity or chronic rhinitis.

4. Fear of sadness

Although sadness and sorrow are different, they are both negative emotions. Huangdi Neijing said: "Mourning leads to blood loss". It shows that excessive sadness or sadness is the most likely to damage lung qi.

Five points should be paid attention to in nourishing and protecting lung.

1, often laugh and spread your lungs.

Laughter can promote the health of internal organs, especially the lungs. When you laugh, your chest muscles stretch, your chest expands and your vital capacity increases, which can eliminate fatigue, depression, chest tightness and restore your physical strength.

Studies have shown that a relaxed and heartfelt smile can spread lung qi all over the body, and fully relax the muscles of the face, chest and limbs. In addition, the lower part of lung qi can also calm liver qi, thus maintaining emotional stability.

A knowing smile comes from the bottom of my heart. Laughing silently can reduce lung qi, connect kidney qi and strengthen kidney. Laughter produces lung qi, so that the lungs can inhale enough clear gas, exhale waste gas, accelerate blood circulation, and achieve the purpose of harmonizing heart, lung, qi and blood.

2, massage to protect the lungs

Press Xiang Ying point, massage the outside of both thumbs up and down along the bridge of the nose and both sides of the alar for about 60 times, then massage Xiang Ying point on both sides of the alar for 20 times, and do one or two groups in the morning and evening.

Knock on Shu Fei point, sit in the front chair every night before going to bed, with your knees naturally separated, your hands on your thighs, your head closed, your whole body relaxed, and you will stay in your abdomen. Inhale in the chest, make fists with both hands, pat Shu Fei point on the back dozens of times, and at the same time raise your hand and pat the back from bottom to top. 10 minute.

3. Replenish water and nourish lungs

The lung is an open system, from the nasal cavity to the trachea and then to the lung, which constitutes the channel of qi. Water in the lungs can be lost with the discharge of qi. Dry air is more likely to take away water, causing damage to lung mucosa and respiratory tract.

Replenishing water in time is an important measure for lung maintenance. Therefore, in addition to the normal diet, you should drink 1500-2000ml of water several times a day, and of course you can also drink tea. For example, drinking oolong tea in autumn has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving boredom and removing dryness. You can also choose black tea, chrysanthemum tea and cassia seed tea according to your constitution.

4. Exercise to strengthen the lungs

The best way to moisten the lungs is physical exercise, such as walking, gymnastics, qigong, etc., among which qigong is superior. Because autumn is the main collection, it is better to be quiet.

Two hours after dinner, choose a place with fresh outdoor air, walk slowly for 10 minutes, then stand well, with your feet shoulder-high, palms closed, palms facing up, put them 3 cm below your navel, keep your eyes level, relax yourself, inhale between your breasts, tuck in your abdomen, and then exhale slowly for half an hour.

5. Diet moistens the lungs

After the Millennium solar terms, the temperature difference between day and night began to increase. At this time, we should pay attention to the nourishment of diet. In the transitional season from summer to autumn, the climate is gradually dry, and human lung qi is relatively strong.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that excessive lung qi inhibits liver wood, so excessive acidity can strengthen liver wood, so eat more food that nourishes yin and moistens dryness to avoid the harm of dryness. Tremella, lily, lotus seed, honey, kelp, celery, spinach, glutinous rice, sesame, beans and milk have the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, moistening chest, benefiting qi and regulating stomach, calming nerves and nourishing heart.
