Physical education examination

Physical education examinations are generally conducted in the designated places of various enrollment colleges, and the main contents of the examinations are physical fitness examinations and special techniques. Physical fitness test is divided into four items: 100 meter running; Standing long jump, frog jump and standing triple jump; Put the shot in place, put the shot in place with both hands, and clean and jerk continuously; 800 meters running; Cross slalom, triangle slalom, 50 m three-way slalom.

Of these four items, the first item is compulsory, and the last three items are determined by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as the examination contents.

Special technical examinations are generally divided into track and field, gymnastics, football, basketball, volleyball, rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts, swimming, table tennis and other items, and candidates can choose one of them.

Usually, physical performance accounts for 60%, and special technical performance accounts for 40%.

Except for track and field and swimming, the results of special examinations are evaluated by macro-control of grades, that is, the results are controlled by three grades of first-,second-and third-class athletes, and the perfect score for each special examination is 40 points. During the examination, the examiner will refer to the results obtained by the candidates and evaluate the results according to the actual level of the examination. Those with excellent grades will take part in the re-examination, and the final examination results will be subject to the re-examination.
