He is very accomplished and good at qigong and taiji health preservation. Excellent successor of Wudang Sanfeng School15th generation, representative of Wudang Light Skill, poet of Chi, dean of Taiji Daoyuan in Wudang Division.

Taoist Chen Shixing inherited the traditional martial arts of wu-tang clan in an all-round way, and he has high attainments in Qigong, Taiji, Bagua, Xingyiquan, Light Skill and so on. He is an outstanding descendant of the fifteenth generation of Wudang Sanfeng School.

He loved martial arts since childhood and began to practice foreign boxing at the age of seven. When I learned that Wudang Mountain was the birthplace of Neijia Boxing, at the age of eleven, I went to Wudang Mountain to practice Sanfeng Wushu.

Understanding of teachers' behavior

The world is far beyond his imagination. I always feel that I want to do too much in my life, but I can do very little. It's been several years, and recalling the childishness before is just a lot of jokes. In that ignorant age, with him, besides his own teacher, it was Wudang Wushu.

His teacher taught him boxing, but Wudang martial arts made him understand the truth of life and made him grow from a young and ignorant teenager to a fighter who used martial arts to enter the Tao. He was glad that he didn't regret the road he had taken before, and life changed from one goal to another. He wants to spread the happiness gained in Tai Chi to others while teaching skills, so that more people can join the team that inherits Wudang Wushu.

From loving martial arts to practicing martial arts, from coach to successor, from teaching in parks to teaching apprentices in libraries, he has come to the present step by step. Looking back on the past, he always felt that there was an providence in the darkness, from small to large, from simple to complex, vivid. Wushu witnesses growth, changes life, and brings health, confidence and emotion. In his mind, martial arts is a part of his life. I hope to do my best to promote Chinese Wushu and inherit Wudang Wushu, so that Wudang Wushu can benefit the people of the world!
