Being completely asleep is the moment.

Step 2 eat

Taste is the present.

Step 3 play

Playing with children also needs to be in the moment. Children are always confirming their contact with us and getting our attention.

Patience is the present.

4. Work and life

The state of work and life also needs the present. If you can't finish it, you can put it on the next day and do your best to do the task at this moment, but you don't have to be strict with your own perfection.

This moment is now.
