The first phase of the project was put on record (demonstrated) in Ruicheng County Development and Reform Bureau on March 19, invested by Yuncheng Shijie Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., started at the end of March/0/9, and was completed in August 2020. Covering an area of 1.500 mu, 67 old caves are mainly rebuilt, with a total construction area of 3880M2. The town is located in Dongyu Village, Monan Town, Ruicheng County, at the southern foot of Zhongtiao Mountain, with an altitude of more than 800 meters, rich vegetation, pleasant climate and no natural environment. The cave architecture here has a typical peasant style and has a profound cultural heritage of ancient yellow land. Reasonable use of natural geographical advantages, according to local conditions, warm in winter and cool in summer, economical and practical, with special cooling and heating performance. It is not afraid of heat in summer and cold in winter, from which we can vaguely appreciate the ancient way of life of Chinese ancestors who dug holes! The functions of the project area include ecological planting, farming experience, popular science education, catering and accommodation, conference training, leisure and sightseeing, health preservation and so on. It fully embodies the development history of cave culture in the Loess Plateau for thousands of years. The first phase of the project has completed an investment of 85 million yuan. The main construction contents are antique caves (reconstruction and expansion of old caves), landscaping, road hardening, reception center, corridor, rockery, water system, public toilets and other supporting facilities. The second phase of the project plans to invest 650 million yuan to complete the 1000 hole antique cave and related supporting facilities, geothermal bath city and Erling Forest Park, which is expected to be completed in two years. The third phase is expected to invest 260 million yuan to build a 3.5-kilometer-high thrilling cross-country track, a 10-kilometer pedestrian walkway and a red anti-Japanese patriotic education base. During the construction of Shijie Yang Kang Project, the employment of idle villagers and unconditionally migrant villagers was guaranteed. More than 3,000 people participated in the project construction, and millions of yuan were paid to migrant workers. At the same time, some disabled people and poor households have been provided with appropriate jobs. After the third phase of the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to provide 300 to 500 jobs for the society and nearby talents, and absorb and resettle dozens of disabled and poor households.
