Li Shizhen health
Li Shizhen was a famous physician and pharmacist in Ming Dynasty in China. His Compendium of Materia Medica is regarded as one of the most comprehensive herbal classics in northern China, and it has become an important part of traditional medicine culture in China. Li Shizhen also has his own views and methods on health preservation.

1. The way of "keeping in good health with God": Li Shizhen believes that a person's inner and mental state is one of the important factors of keeping in good health. He advocates maintaining a positive attitude towards life, not being trapped by material things, not being moved by fame and fortune, and maintaining a peaceful attitude, which is conducive to good health.

2. The way of "keeping in good health by diet": Li Shizhen emphasized that people's diet should be diversified and nutritious. They should eat a lot of food, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, livestock meat, fresh fish and seafood, and try to avoid being too greasy, spicy, tobacco and alcohol and a lot of irritating foods, such as meat.

3. Exercise for Health: Li Shizhen also pointed out that physical exercise is also very important for people's health. He advocates proper exercise in daily life, such as walking, jogging and Tai Ji Chuan. These activities can not only enhance physical fitness, but also regulate body and mind and keep healthy.

4. The way of "keeping in good health with medicine": Li Shizhen advocates respecting nature and looking for the way of keeping in good health from diet first, but if the body has diseases, it must also choose appropriate drugs to treat them. He believes that drug therapy should pay attention to "syndrome differentiation and treatment", that is, different drugs or formulas need to be selected according to different diseases, and the use of drugs should have specific curative effects.

Generally speaking, Li Shizhen's regimen is based on the adjustment of body and mind, emphasizing "peace, trust, wholehearted devotion, generosity, selflessness and humility", so that people can achieve health and longevity on the basis of a stable, balanced and harmonious life.
