Then measure the neutral fat, the main component of sebum membrane, and compare the changes before and after drinking Tieguanyin. 2 Changes in the amount of neutral fat in the sebum membrane The average amount of neutral fat in the sebum membrane before and after drinking Tieguanyin was 33.7μg/cm2, which was significantly reduced after the experiment. In order to further understand the efficacy of Tieguanyin, we divided the subjects into two groups according to the amount of sebum before the experiment, namely the above-average group and the below-average group. Results: Before and after the experiment, the group with low sebum content was 65,438+07.2 μ g/cm2 and 65,438+08.5 μ g/cm2, respectively, with no significant difference, while the group with high sebum content was 54.9 μ g before the experiment. This analysis shows that Tieguanyin does not simply reduce the sebum content after drinking, but has a greater effect on people with high sebum content than those with low sebum content, indicating that Tieguanyin has the function of regulating the balance of sebum content. 3. The skin water retention experiment further determined the skin water retention. Because the moisture content of skin is easily influenced by the external environment, the experiment adopts a room with a certain temperature and humidity, and measures it after entering the room for 30 minutes. The part to be measured is the cheek. First, measure the skin moisture in the natural state, then drop distilled water on the same part and wipe it before measuring. The water retention rates before and after this experiment were 122% and 137% respectively, and the water retention rate of skin increased after the experiment. In addition, similar to the analysis of the results of the above sebum grouping experiment, we also divided the people whose water retention rate was lower than the average and higher than the average before the experiment into two groups for analysis and comparison. Results: The water retention rate of the group below the average level was 94% before the experiment and increased to 129% after the experiment, which indicated that drinking Tieguanyin significantly improved the water retention capacity of the stratum corneum. The above experimental results show that drinking Tieguanyin for a long time can promote sebum balance and improve the water retention capacity of stratum corneum.
