1, the origin of qi and blood formation
People live by qi and blood, and they are indispensable. The generation of qi and blood in human body not only has its own ways, but also complements each other. Fire turns into gas when it meets water, and blood turns into blood when it meets cremation.
(1) Drinking water turns into gas.
Drinking water from the sun is mainly transforming qi, that is, the water we usually drink can be transformed into qi in the human body. How does water change into gas in human body? Drink in the stomach, overflow the essence, go up to the spleen, disperse the essence, go up to the lungs, cross the waterway, and go down to the bladder meridian. The water and essence are distributed in all directions, and the five veins are parallel. The water we drink first goes to the stomach and is transported to the lungs through the strength of temper, then the lung qi drops and is transported to the bladder meridian, and then the bladder meridian is gasified throughout the body through the strength of kidney qi, thus recuperating the five internal organs and meridians. This is the process of changing water into gas. Hydrated gas involves stomach, spleen, lung, kidney, bladder and so on. Any one of them has weak function, which can affect the generation of qi. For example, people with short temper can't drink more water. Drinking too much water can not only transform qi, but also increase the burden on the spleen; For another example, people with insufficient kidney qi can't drink more water. Drinking more water and urinating more will not only increase the burden on the kidneys, but also affect the generation of qi. Therefore, whether you are normal or sick, you can't drink more water blindly. Drinking more water is not suitable for everyone!
(2) Diet turns blood into blood.
Food originates from the yin of the earth and governs the blood. In other words, the food we usually eat can be converted into blood in the human body. How does food become blood in the human body? The eater has tangible yin, which mainly turns juice into blood. After food enters the stomach, the spleen is healthy, and the drainage of the liver and gallbladder is turned into juice. At this time, the essence of kidney yin rushed into the stomach, and the juice returned to the heart, turning red into blood. The process of transforming food into blood involves stomach, spleen, liver, gallbladder, kidney and heart, any of which can affect the production of blood. For example: anemia, some caused by spleen and stomach, some caused by stagnation of liver and gallbladder and so on. , blood also needs dialectical treatment! It can be seen that the best way to enrich blood is to eat well, and porridge and stew are the best products for enriching blood. For details, please refer to the method of enriching blood in TCM.
2. Qi is the driving force of life.
(1) Promoting and regulating functions
Promotion also includes the role of stimulation. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the growth and development of human body and the physiological activities of all zang-fu organs and meridians depend on the stimulation and promotion of qi. If qi deficiency occurs, the stimulation and promotion will be reduced, the growth and development will be slow, the reproductive function will be reduced, or premature aging will occur, and the physiological activities of viscera and meridians will also be weakened. On the other hand, the formation of human essence, blood, body fluid and other tangible substances, as well as the circulation of blood and the transportation of body fluid, are also driven by the movement of qi, so there are sayings that "pneumatic means blood movement" and "pneumatic means water movement". If qi deficiency weakens the driving force, there will be various diseases such as blood stasis and water retention.
(2) the warming and cooling effect of qi
Warmth means "warmth". Qi can generate heat, make people warm and dispel cold, so it has the effect of warming and tonifying. The body temperature of the human body can maintain a relatively constant state, and the viscera, meridians and various tissues and organs can maintain vigorous functional activities, all of which depend on the warm function of qi. At the same time, liquid substances such as essence, blood and body fluid of human body also rely on the warmth of qi to transport cloth, so there is a saying that "blood is hot, but it is cold".
The warming effect belongs to the positive effect of qi, which is called "Yang Qi". So Medical said, "Yang Qi is warm, too." The function of yang in human body is like the sun shining on everything in celestial bodies. It goes without saying that "the sun shines like the sun". If yang is insufficient and fever is too little, deficiency-cold disease will occur, which is characterized by low body temperature, aversion to cold and warmth, tepid limbs, weakened visceral function, slow movement of essence, blood and body fluid, weakened metabolism, and blood stasis and phlegm swelling.
(3) the defensive function of qi
Defense includes protection and exorcism. Neijing said: "righteousness is included, and evil cannot be done." Fuck, it's infringement. It shows that qi has the function of preventing the invasion of evil spirits. If pathogens invade a certain part of the human body, healthy qi will gather there to expel pathogens. As stated in the chapter "Soul Pivot, Pricking, True Evil", "Evil enters the body, has a knot, and qi returns to it. There is a knot, which goes deep into the bone, and the gas is due to the bone. " This passage means that if pathogenic factors invade and gather in a certain part of the human body, healthy qi will gather in this part. Even if evil goes deep into the bones, healthy qi will gather in the bones, thus driving away evil spirits.
(4) the fixation of qi
Fixation is fixation and protection; Photography is controlled and unified photography. The fixation of qi means that qi has the function of controlling, controlling and protecting liquid substances such as essence, blood and body fluid in the body to prevent them from being lost without reason.
If the fixation of qi is weakened, if qi does not take blood, it will cause all kinds of bleeding; If qi can't absorb body fluids, it will cause spontaneous sweating, hyperhidrosis, polyuria, urinary incontinence, salivation, spitting, diarrhea, etc. If qi is not solid, it will cause diseases such as nocturnal emission, nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation.
The fixation of qi belongs to the negative effect of qi, which is in opposition to the promotion of qi.
(5) Transfer and gasification of gas
Qi is the intermediary between various organs of the human body, and all kinds of life information in the human body can be perceived and transmitted through the movement of Qi inside and outside the body, thus forming the overall connection of the body. It can be said that the five zang-fu organs, as well as the tissues and organs corresponding to the body surface, are all connected through meridians, with Qi as the carrier of information, and through the induction and transmission of Qi, the connection is strengthened and coordination is maintained. For example, when acupuncture, massage or other external treatments are used, the information it sends to the body surface stimulation is transmitted to the internal organs through the induction and transport of qi, thus regulating the physiological activities of the body and making it coordinated. Therefore, the intermediary role of qi refers to the role of qi in perception and transmission of information.
As for gasification, it refers to various changes caused by gas movement. More specifically, gasification is a process of material and energy metabolism caused by the movement of human qi, and it is a process of material transformation and energy transformation. For example, Shui Gu's diet generates Shui Gu's essence (including body fluid and subtle), and Shui Gu's essence can be transformed into blood to nourish the innate essence; Body fluids become sweat and urine; Subtle transformation into gas, gasification into energy and heat; Qi is transformed into essence and differentiated into qi of zang-fu organs and qi of meridians. These are the concrete manifestations of gasification.
The movement of qi is called the movement of qi. The premise of gasification is that the gas must move, otherwise gasification is impossible. That is to say, gasification can not be separated from qi machine, and normal qi machine can ensure normal gasification. In other words, the movement of gas is the condition and basis of gasification process. On the other hand, the gasification process always reflects the movement of gas rising and falling in and out. Therefore, qi and qi are divided into two and combined into one, and * * * are all life-sustaining activities in an orderly manner.
3. Blood is the pillar of life.
(1) The role of blood
Blood is one of the basic substances that constitute the human body and maintain human life activities. Pulse is the conduit of blood circulation, which is called "blood house" and plays a role in inhibiting blood circulation. Blood circulates endlessly in blood vessels, thus exerting its function of nourishing and moistening the whole body and providing nutrients for the physiological activities of viscera, meridians, body and organs. Insufficient blood supply to any part of the human body will lead to the disorder of its physiological function and the damage of its tissue structure, and severe ischemia will also endanger life.
(2) Formation of blockage
In the process of blood running in the pulse, if it stagnates or stagnates for some reason, it will form blood stasis; If blood escapes from the pulse and bleeds due to trauma and other reasons, it is called "menstrual blood". Menstrual blood can not be discharged or dissipated in time, and it will also become blood stasis. Therefore, the blood with menstrual blood and blood stasis no longer has the physiological function of normal blood.
(3) the formation of blood
How is blood produced? This should be explained from two aspects. First, the material basis of blood production; The second is the relationship between hematopoiesis and related viscera.
The most basic substance of blood production is diet Shui Gu. A passage in the chapter of Ling Shu Jue Qi can best illustrate this point: "The middle jiao receives qi and takes juice, but turns red, which is called blood." Middle jiao, that is, spleen and stomach. The "Qi" of "Naqi" refers to the Shui Gu of diet, also known as "Gucci". The spleen and stomach accept and digest food and drinks, and then absorb subtle (nutritious) substances, that is, "juice." The "juice" mentioned here mainly includes the subtle and dense part of Shui Gu, that is, the specialized part of transforming life and benefiting qi, and the body fluid (water fluid) with nutritional function. Both of them enter the vein, which turns into red blood.
It can be seen that the nourishing qi and body fluid produced by Shui Gu subtle is the main substance of blood production and the main component of blood. Another basic substance of metaplasia is kidney essence. Because the essence and blood have the relationship of mutual endowment and mutual transformation, sufficient kidney essence can be turned into liver blood to replenish blood.
The above shows that the primordial qi, body fluid and kidney essence produced by Shui Gu's subtle essence are the basic substances for generating blood, and the three are summarized as innate essence and Shui Gu essence. Therefore, it can also be said that the material source of hematopoiesis is nothing more than congenital and acquired. The two support each other and are indispensable.
Metaplasia of blood is a complicated process, which is completed under the joint action of multiple organs. Related viscera include spleen, stomach, heart, lung and kidney.
The basic substance of metaplasia blood is Shui Gu subtle, and the key viscera of metaplasia Shui Gu subtle is spleen and stomach, so there has always been a saying that spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood metaplasia. First of all, the stomach can accept food. "Eating more can produce blood, but eating less can't produce blood" (Medical Law). Then the transportation and absorption function of spleen should be normal. Because "the grain essence in the stomach is transformed into blood by the spleen" (Medicine). If the spleen and stomach function is weak or unbalanced, it will affect the diet, make the nutrient intake insufficient, and over time it will form the pathological changes of blood deficiency. Therefore, in the clinical treatment of blood deficiency syndrome, we should first pay attention to conditioning the spleen and stomach to help it transport.
The function of the heart and lung in the process of blood production is that subtle Shui Gu (nourishing qi and body fluid) is first transported from the spleen and stomach to the lung, combined with the clear (oxygen) gas inhaled by the lung, and then injected into the heart pulse, which turns into red blood under the action of the heart gas. It is precisely because the lung has the function of clearing turbidity that turbid blood and dark blood can be turned into fresh blood. It is precisely because the formation of blood can only turn red through the action of heart qi that there is a saying that "the heart produces blood"
