Cheng Kai's theory of health preservation: headache meridian syndrome differentiation and acupoint health care prescription
Speaking of headaches, I talked about migraines before:

The method you teach is really effective. I really found a hard rope on my temporal side, and my headache was quickly relieved after I opened the rope with my thumb.

Some friends will ask:

Besides migraine, is there any other way to solve headache? Next, I will tell you about the syndrome differentiation of meridians and the treatment of headaches.

What is the meridian syndrome differentiation of headache? It is to distinguish the meridians according to the relationship between the general parts of your headache and the meridians. If there is meridian differentiation, the treatment will be clear naturally.

According to the specific parts of your headache, it can be divided into the following four types.

The first is the headache on the finger side, which is called migraine or shaoyang headache. Because the shaoyang meridian of hands and feet runs on the head side of the ear, especially the shaoyang gallbladder meridian of feet.

The second kind of headache, called Yangming headache, refers to the headache that occurs in the frontal angle, because the stomach meridian of foot Yangming runs in the frontal angle and meets the frontal position.

The third kind of headache is called sun headache, which is the pain caused by the place where the bladder meridian of the foot passes, that is, the back of the occipital neck, and the radial headache from the back of the head to the front of the head is called sun headache.

The fourth type, Jueyin headache, refers to the pain on the top of the head, which is managed by the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin.

These four types of headaches have different characteristics in symptoms except for their different locations, and they also have * * * in common with many types of headache diagnosis in modern medicine.

"Analyze the pain on the side of the head first" …

In the last issue of Treating Migraine, I once told you that this typical migraine is called vasospasm migraine. Its origin is often that the outer auricle of the ear is folded in half and is about two fingers wide above the tip of the ear. When you grind your teeth, there will be a muscle in this position and it will start to stagger here. This place is the high point of the temporal muscle uplift, and the name of this acupoint is the rate valley. Rate is a general word, and the straightforward "rate" is equal to the cricket cricket, just like a cricket, cooing here.

If there is cold, tension and fatigue in this position, which causes the flaky fascia to contract, it will squeeze the superficial temporal artery passing through the fascia. In this way, when the artery is squeezed, there will be jumping pain, and this pain is jumping. This kind of pain is called vascular tension migraine, which is a typical shaoyang headache.

If you encounter such a headache, pluck your hair at the valley point. Here is a hard rope, which can relieve your pain quickly.

"The second kind of headache is called Yangming headache" …

Which is forehead pain. Headache is characterized by jumping pain or swelling pain.

This type of headache is usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting and dizziness. In other words, there is vascular irritation. Of course, there is also a very obvious performance. If you often have this kind of headache, the pain in the forehead is very severe. You will often see or touch a very obvious vein in your forehead, that is, the junction of the forehead hairline and the lateral hairline of the head, near the frontal angle or inside the frontal angle. This is an angry blood vessel, hard and green. This part represents the tension of blood vessels. Because blood vessels are stimulated, nausea and vomiting often occur. Many girls often suffer from dysmenorrhea accompanied by nausea and vomiting. At this time, if you touch the blood vessels on your forehead, the beating will be obvious.

What about Yangming's headache? Give you a simple method, in the forehead, where the veins are swollen (this acupoint is called head and tail, which is the acupoint of the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming), puncture and bleed. If you don't know how to puncture blood, you can also prepare a comb similar to side teeth or horns. Teeth are sharp and hard.

At this forehead, point down, rub twice, and stimulate the periphery of the blood vessel wall with sharp things, which has obvious tingling sensation and can also relieve Yangming's headache.

-Share a short story here-

About three to five years ago, I had a female patient in her early sixties who suffered from severe hypertension, headache and dizziness. At the same time, her eyes are very swollen, her eyes are bald and her thyroid function is abnormal.

When she came to me for treatment, I treated her twice and the effect was not particularly obvious. I still have a headache or swollen eyes, she thought.

I gave her acupuncture points on her head that day. As a result, after the needle was pricked, she complained that your little assistant was not serious and didn't pay attention to the bleeding when she pricked me. Under normal circumstances, after the needle is pulled out, a clean cotton ball will be used to press this position to prevent bleeding.

However, because there are more acupoints and the needle is pulled out faster, the one in this position did not press for that long, and there was no bleeding at that time. As a result, after two or three minutes, she pulled out the needle and left, bleeding down. There are only two sides left. I also trained my assistant. I said you should be more serious in the future, and then press it after the injection. This is the basic operating standard of our acupuncture assistant. As a result, after the second patient came, he praised me and said, "You were very kind to me last time, and the bleeding was very good. Because of bleeding, I feel my eyes relaxed and my head doesn't hurt. Today, I applied for a special blood puncture for me! "

This kind of unintentional point is unintentional at the head and tail points, but it is actually near the blood vessel wall where the blood vessels are in full bloom. If the tension of the blood vessel wall is high, it is really easy to bleed after taking the needle. However, for patients with this kind of empirical headache and Yangming headache, you can shake the pinhole to make them bleed, and don't press it to make them bleed a little, but the effect is obvious. Therefore, this casual operation has a new understanding of scalp acupuncture points. In ancient books, there is indeed a record of scalp acupuncture treating Yangming headache.

So after five times in a row, I used a slightly thicker needle to directly stick it near the swollen blood vessel wall, and there was no bleeding. She also said that you wanted me to bleed slightly. After several such treatments, her symptoms were obviously relieved.

"The third kind is Sun's headache, that is, after headache" …

Its typical manifestation is radial headache from back to front and upward to front. Often in the cold, the neck is strong and anxious, the back muscles cramp, or the symptoms of headache caused by discomfort of cervical vertebrae and neck and shoulders are called sun headache. Actually stimulated the greater occipital nerve.

How to find it specifically? First of all, find a protruding bone in the back of your head, which is called occipital protuberance. In the Three Kingdoms, it is called "the back of Wei Yan's head is anti-bone", which is an anti-bone. The upper edge of the external occipital protuberance is about two fingers apart to the side, and the nerve plexus runs through it below, passing through the fascia of the suboccipital muscle group. Therefore, when the suboccipital muscle is tense and the trapezius muscle is tense, it is easy to stimulate the greater occipital nerve and cause radial pain from back to front.

What should I do in this situation? You can use a scraping board. When you scrape the back of your head, everything else is scraped along the hair, which is painless. But at this time, it is necessary to aggravate the position pain, which is called fascial relaxation. So when you shave, you shave up and down. In the process of scraping, you will feel more pain in your back, and this pain is a little stinging, a little divergent and a little radioactive. The pores at the back also tend to open, and people are very easy to disperse wind in this state, which is actually a strong stimulation to the fascia layer to relieve the headache of the sun. If you have a cold or neck and shoulder discomfort, you can use a scraping board to scrape the back of the pillow for three to five minutes to relieve the symptoms.

Earlier, I talked about sun headache and shaoyang headache. In fact, there is another headache, which is a mixture of sun and shaoyang. Some people say, why do I feel back pain mixed with side pain? Clinically, there is indeed pain caused by the combination of the sun and shaoyang, often next to the greater occipital nerve outward, and the lesser occipital nerve is also easily stimulated, especially when the head is lowered excessively. After stimulation, it also radiates pain from the bottom up, but the area of radiation pain is behind your ear and on the side of your head, so it also has the characteristics of shaoyang headache.

Therefore, when the difference is unclear, the scope can be extended to the back of the ear, that is, from the protrusion outside the pillow to the mastoid behind the ear, in the process of scraping the back of the head with a scraping plate. After shaving for three to five minutes, your whole back is hot and noisy, your pores are open, all the pathogens are released, and the exterior pathogens are also released. Of course, pain caused by exogenous factors or nerve stimulation caused by muscle tension will also be significantly reduced.

"The last one is Jue Yin headache" …

Jueyin headache, head pain.

Treat headache and foot pain; It is the particularity of meridians to get the upper disease and get the lower disease. Foreigners feel particularly magical, obviously have a headache, but also stick their feet. It is because of the liver meridian of foot Jue Yin that it finally reaches the top. Therefore, the characteristics of apical headache are different. Yangming headache is distending pain, accompanied by nausea and vomiting; Headside shaoyang headache is jumping pain, jumping pain and radial pain in the direction of orbit. The sun headache in the back of the head is neuralgia, which is a radial pain to the top of the head. And this kind of headache with faint pain in the top of the head belongs to the liver meridian of foot Jueyin.

This is a deficiency syndrome, often a headache caused by liver yin deficiency and blood deficiency, or a headache caused by liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood deficiency. Of course, this kind of headache needs to nourish the yin of liver and kidney, and Yongquan point should be selected as the starting point of kidney meridian of foot shaoyin and the origin of liver meridian of foot jueyin.

Yongquan point is located between the toe seam of the second and third toes and one third of the heel line, and there is an obvious herringbone groove when rolling the foot. At the apex of herringbone groove, this is Yongquan point. It is also the kidney point in the plantar acupuncture point, and the kidney point during plantar massage.

Taichong point is located in the depression between the first and second fingers and the first and second metatarsals. When rubbing, put your index finger on Taichong, and put your thumb on the opposite Yongquan point, and pinch the two points harder. The effect of headache on the top of the head is very obvious.

And the heavier the injury, the heavier the pinch should be. For dull pain, as long as you gently rub it, you will feel sore. If it is a very severe state of splitting headache, then you should exert your strength, and pinch the two acupoints hard to relieve this severe pain. In fact, this is a clinical method of light stimulation and heavy stimulation. Heavy stimulation is the purgative method, while light stimulation is the tonic method.

In normal health care, we can use some nourishing methods and mild methods, but if the pain is very severe, we must use heavy methods and irrigation methods to stop it.

In summary

Four types of headaches: the forehead pain is Yangming, and the head dimension is used; Side headache with less yang and low utilization rate; After a headache is the sun, use a jade pillow. A jade pillow is like a pillow made of jade. The pain on the top is Jueyin, so use Taichong point and Yongquan point to knead it.

Well, I'll leave you with these four kinds of headaches, which are divided into syndrome differentiation, different acupoints and different stimulation methods. If your headache is complicated, difficult to distinguish, or incurable for a long time, you must remember to go to the hospital for relevant examination in time.
