The basic method is to soak in 50-55 degrees of wine, which can be poured into the marrow of velvet antler or soaked in wine. The broken ends of pilose antler are often soaked in wine for 0.5-l 1 hour, so that pilose antler is infiltrated by wine through capillary action. It can be soaked in hot wine at 50℃ or cold wine at 20℃. Pilose antler is soaked in wine and softened more easily after heating. There are three heating methods:
(1) Bake at 50-60℃ for 2-3 hours;
(2) Steaming in a pot, boiling and stewing for 1- 1.5 hours;
(3) put it in a pot and suffocate for 2-3 days, turn it over for 3-4 times, and soak it in cold wine at low temperature to soften naturally; The antler segments soaked in wine can also be roasted with charcoal fire to soften the antler, then sliced and roasted while cutting until it is finished.
