@ Tieshan Qingshi (laughing alone) [Editor's Note]
Tieshan Qingshi Publishing House: Poet Lu You died at the age of eighty-five. It is said that since the age of 46, he has been practicing alchemy for a long time, but by the age of 80, he denied the health-preserving function of alchemy. Therefore, there is a conclusion poem "Health": "An alchemist is ambiguous, and cranes can live in peace." No doubt, no doubt. "My Clever Chapter" refers to Zhuangzi's chapter, the third master of health preservation. Based on this accidental catalogue, I annotated two of his monastic poems.
Taoist night vision
@ [Song] Lu You [Poetry]
The cold spring washes the wine to wake up, and the fairy scriptures are recited at midnight.
Teapots ring like insects, and incense trays burn like fireflies.
Zhai abides by Xuanzang, and Huang Ning closes his eyes.
Send a message to a friend in the mountains, because people send poria cocos.

Thoughts on sitting in the Taoist room in the morning
@ [Song] Lu You [Poetry]
A bowl of green essence is more than enough,
Everything in the world is rare.
Waving the strings with your hands,
Recite the book of birds among rocks.
Qi Dan often gets up and takes a bath at first.
The cheese house is not ripe enough to hoe.
Bi Xiaoteng is a talented person.
Don't fall in love with sewers and Austria.

1. Green essence refers to polished rice, which is also called black rice in southern Jiangsu and southern Anhui. It is cooked by soaking rice in the sap of the southern candelilla tree, and its color is blue, which is said to be created by Taoism. Compendium of Materia Medica records that "this rice is the way for the gods to feed" (Tanabe, Volume 25, Tanabe, Volume 4).
The method of making green rice is recorded in Gao Lian's "Eight Notes on Respect for Life" in Ming Dynasty: "When eating cold food, use Erythrina leaves, fine leaves and Hollyleaf, and take leaves to dye rice. The color is blue and bright, and the food is purple. Taoism calls it green and can eat rice. Now I am used to using wheat straw to mash juice, using glutinous rice to make green powder balls, and using black mortar leaves to dye black rice to make cakes. This is a legacy. 2. The set is sparse, and it will eventually become sparse. Sparse and Chinese characters circulating on the Internet are often mistaken for "redundancy".
3. Wuqiqu, the ancient title of Yuefu poetry, was classified as western music in Qing Dynasty. Before the Tang Dynasty, many children sang for fun.
Both Li Bai and Wang Changling wrote Wuqi Qu, and Li Bai said in a speech:
At sunset, the outline of Wu Palace and the beauty of the palace on Suzhou platform are hazy.
Rouwu, Zhu Tuo and Wu Wang were still enjoying the excitement, but suddenly they found that the mountain peak in the west had swallowed up half of the red sun, and dusk was coming.
The pleasure of the king of Wu and his attendants gradually came to an end.
There are more and more water leaks, and the scale of silver arrows is getting bigger and bigger. A bright moon flies across the sky, and it is near dawn.
Wang Changling by Ren Yan yue:
A white horse is driving a scarlet carriage; Dusk hangs over the alleys of brothels.
Willow is fighting for the night, but it can't fly home.
The young woman in the East Room joined the army. Every time she heard a crow, she knew it was dark.
4. The Book of Bird Traces refers to the trace of a bird's paw shaped like a bird's print; Lu You's poem "Temple Wall" says: "The wind comes to loosen Long song, and the rain passes through the court." Lu You's poem "The Story of the New Cool Book" said: "It's fun to lie down and watch the birds cover the moss, and the window is cool!"
5. Zhifang, the room where Ganoderma lucidum is produced; Tang Lishan noticed that Zhang Heng's "Nan Fu" said: "Governance, governance wins." Lu You's poem "I Have a Mind" says: "Zhifang is out of date, and Ji Dan often wants to take a bath."
6. Mow the soil and weeds.
7. Lift and soar.
8. Orson, a dirty towel or a "dirty rag"; Oh, cloudy and gloomy; Oh, broken, broken, it sounds like; Chapter 24 of Huang Tingjing (Hidden Shadow Chapter) says: "It is difficult to enter the mountains, and people stink."
The word "auntie" has been circulating on Chinese websites, so some people misread "auntie" as "promise" and mistakenly trained it as a gold coin vault.
