Tools/materials: 5g dried swallow, proper amount of purified water, glass basin, tweezers, porcelain plate, stew and rock sugar.
1. First, take out the sun-dried Papilio.
2. Find a clean glass basin, add proper amount of purified water, and soak it in bird's nest. Do not exceed the surface of the bird's nest.
3. Prepare a pair of pointed tweezers, find a bowl and put it in clear water. The soaked bird's nest is torn into strips along the natural texture and placed in a pure white container. Every time tweezers pick up hair, they wash it in water.
4. Put the processed bird's nest into the stew.
5. After stewing, add appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste and serve.
