What medicinal materials are put in the chicken soup?

Raw materials: old hen, astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, jujube, salt, cooking wine and ginger;

Step 1: firstly, the old hen is slaughtered, unhairing, eviscerating and cleaned, and prepared with Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Jujubae and ginger slices;

Step 2: Boil the water in the pot, put the old hen into the boiling water, turn off the fire after the water boils, soak for 3-5 minutes, take out the cold water and put it into the casserole;

Step 3: Put Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis and Fructus Jujubae into a casserole, and remove the core. Second, add cooking wine, ginger slices, rock sugar and a small amount of boiling water, and simmer for about two hours. Just add some salt.
