Why did Tang Sanzang express life as "sex"?
Any life consists of yin and yang, one is the physical body and the other is the spiritual consciousness. The ancients meant duality of body and mind. The Book of Changes refers to "one yin and one yang is the Tao". The cultivation of physical body corresponds to the concept of "cultivating life" in Taoist cultivation, and the cultivation of mental knowledge corresponds to the concept of "cultivating nature". Later Taoist ancestors especially emphasized the importance of cultivating nature and cultivating life, which is problematic. The so-called "only cultivating life without cultivating nature" is the first disease of practice; However, if you don't cultivate your ancestors, it will be difficult to rob the spirits. "

What is sex? It can't just be understood as gender. All our lives have their own personalities. What determines character? Our humanity can be said to be determined by humanity. What determines human nature?

Buddhism uses a wonderful word called "karma". The essence of life, including one's gender, is determined by karma. The word "ye" contains the most common meaning of all phrases, that is, paying attention to self-worth. A life's occupation is actually the "self-nature" of life, that is, self-nature, also referred to as "self-nature". It is the master of life and life is judged by it in all activities.

Huineng, the founder of the sixth ancestor of Zen Buddhism, has a vivid metaphor for life in the Tanjing. He said that life is like an ideal country: "There are five doors outside the eyes, ears, nose and tongue, and the heart is the ground. Sex is king, sex is king, and sex is king. " Our self-nature exists in the mind, and the mind is born of sex. The consciousness that the heart obtains from knowing everything is karma, and the essence reflected by karma is karma, so the word-making comes from the heart. Explained by our modern concept, professional knowledge is actually the knowledge system of each of us. To put it bluntly, it is an information body with different structures. Because structure determines properties, different structures have different properties.

Different occupations reflect our different habits. The essence of cultivation is to change a person's habits and become a true, sincere and sincere person. The so-called supernormal cultivation becomes a real person. If you want to change your habits, the most fundamental thing is to understand how your habits are caused. Zen is also called "seeing nature". The root of sex is born from thought. To see sex, we must first understand what the heart is. Zen is also called "Ming Xin".

Tang priest is the boss of the whole team, the decision maker, the master and king of reality, so he represents the "sex" of life. When you have not reached the realm of practice, it is self-nature. The judgment influenced by self-occupation is often wrong, and the truth cannot be clearly recognized, so it is often confused by the ever-changing realm of various monsters. Because of my ego, I often don't listen to my disciples' advice, especially the correct view of my eldest disciple the Monkey King, and drive away the Monkey King many times, that is, drive away my heart. The Monkey King represents the core of life. When a person is very self-centered, there is no sincerity, and it is impossible to see the truth without sincerity.

In addition, the Tang Priest's name was Xuanzang at first, and was later named "Sanzang" by Taizong according to the spirit of Guanyin Bodhisattva. Twelve times in the book, Guanyin Bodhisattva said when she became a Buddha: "You are a Hinayana Buddhism, you can't live beyond life, you can only be vulgar." I have Mahayana Buddhism Sanzang, who can transcend death and ascend to heaven, overcome human suffering, cultivate infinite life and do nothing. "Sanzang in Buddhism refers to Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing-Jing, which corresponds to the three most critical concepts in Buddhism: abstinence. Confucian classics and Tibetan studies correspond to fixed learning, French and Tibetan studies correspond to abstinence, and Tibetan studies correspond to wisdom. Buddhism is a method to help all living beings realize, and Sanzang covers all Buddhism.

Sanzang, the dharma name, means to learn from the scriptures and practice successfully to become a Buddha. If the Buddha really becomes a Buddha, there will naturally be three Buddhist teachings, also called great wisdom, which also contains sexual meaning. Because all sentient beings derive various opinions from karma at any time and place because of their self-nature, which is nothing more than judgment, shortsightedness, prejudice and so on. , but it is difficult to have a correct view. To achieve Sanzang, we must turn knowledge into wisdom, turn my professional knowledge into wisdom, and guide the profession to return to the source of nature.

Simply put, sex and wisdom are actually two sides of the same thing. Knowing the truth of a moment is the source of nature, and viewing everything from it is wisdom, that is, knowing what it is and seeing what it is. On the contrary, it is for personal use, without wisdom.

In fact, it is not far away to learn from and know the West. Just at the moment, the so-called Buddha is far away in the west. Li Changzhi, the author of Xinhua Yan Jing, also said such a classic sentence: "Never leave the present and the past; The sea has no end, and he is not separated from the sea. "

The Tang Priest used to be called Xuanzang. What is Xuanzang? Paradoxical, yin and yang are uncertain, and the world seems mysterious. Modern civilization reveals probability theory, fuzzy mathematics, probability law, possibility, contingency and so on. These are inevitable. Still outside this realm, for those who really enter the room, there are no secrets and secret methods in the world. With great wisdom, everything is revealed in silence, and the cause and effect are clear. In Buddhism, it is Mahayana and Sanzang. Therefore, from Xuanzang to the last Sanzang, the Tang Priest always saw sexual perfection and achieved great wisdom.
