Practice of jujube longan lotus seed soup
Ingredients: 25 grams of red dates, 20 grams of lotus seeds and 30 grams of longan meat.
Practice steps:
Soak lotus seeds in hot water first, remove the heart, and remove the core from red dates;
Put the lotus seeds into the pot, pour water (600ml) and cook for about 5 minutes;
Add red dates and longan pulp until the lotus seeds are cooked;
Note: People with excessive fire due to yin deficiency, diabetes, carbuncle and furuncle pain, menorrhagia and inflammation should not eat jujube, longan and lotus seed soup.
