There is a "harmony between man and nature" in TCM theory, that is, harmony between man and nature. Seasonal changes, changeable weather, alternating between summer and autumn, alternating between hot and cold. Patients are easily aggravated by sudden climate change, with symptoms such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, dizziness and palpitation. Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the prevention of diseases. If we can adjust the mood, diet and exercise according to the individual characteristics of patients in the changeable climate season, it may have better effect than taking medicine.

(1) Emotional adjustment makes people conform to the laws of the four seasons, follow the laws of the four seasons, adjust their emotions, be optimistic, and have a clean mind. Sun Simiao warned people in Qian Jin Yang Fangxing "Don't be sad, angry, afraid, afraid ... Don't laugh, don't indulge in what you want, don't hold a grudge ... If you can avoid committing crimes, you will live forever." Poetry, music, chess, calligraphy and painting, flowers, birds, insects and fish can all benefit people's minds, nourish their spirits and contribute to the treatment of hypertension.

(2) Patients with hypertension should eat less acidic foods and eat more foods that can tonify the spleen and stomach, such as lean meat, eggs, dates, fruits and dried fruits. ; Eating more fresh vegetables such as leek, spinach, shepherd's purse and onion can effectively lower cholesterol and reduce the deposition of cholesterol on the blood vessel wall, which is beneficial to the regulation of blood pressure; Eat more sweets, such as jujube, peanuts, corn, soybean milk and so on.

(3) Exercise therapy for patients with hypertension should follow the principle of "combination of static and dynamic, combination of static and dynamic, focusing on static" in seasonal changes. Adhere to outdoor sports, take outdoor walking, jogging, Tai Ji Chuan, qigong exercise and other projects with slow pace, little exercise, less intense competition and no need for excessive bending, and take it as the degree that you don't feel tired after your own activities.

(4) Adapting to the seasons In the seasonal changes, by adapting to the four seasons, we can adjust Yin and Yang, so that people can live in harmony with nature, thus achieving the effects of harmony between Yin and Yang and health care, so that patients with hypertension can feel comfortable, have stable blood pressure and have little fluctuation during the seasonal changes. In spring, when liver qi is in season, everything grows and blood pressure tends to be high. You should do more outdoor activities and be careful not to get angry. Summer is hot, summer dampness is evil, pay attention to diet not too greasy and cold, and don't sweat and hurt body fluid; Autumn is dry, and those with yin deficiency should pay attention not to hurt body fluid, because of yin deficiency; People who are afraid of cold in winter and have insufficient kidney yang should pay attention to protecting yang and soak their feet more.
