There are six meridians in human hands, which are closely related to organs, tissues and organs of the whole body. So how can we use the relationship between the six meridians and the internal organs to help us stay away from diseases?

Finger scraping

There is a groove on the scraper. Many people don't know what its purpose is. Actually, it's specially used for scraping fingers! As long as you master the basic scraping skills, you can easily scrape your fingers.

Methods: Keep the scraping board 90 degrees vertical, gently press it down, gradually increase the pressure until it feels like touching the bone, and then move it in a small range.

Note: the speed of scraping your fingers is slower; You can apply some essential oils to relieve pain and have a health care effect.

Shaving your fingers once a week and doing five or eight five-element finger exercises every day can easily clear the internal organs, and the meridians will be unblocked, so that you will not be attacked by all diseases!

Five elements fingering in traditional Chinese medicine

Five elements finger exercises in traditional Chinese medicine are designed according to the principle that five elements correspond to five organs and five fingers correspond to five organs in meridian science of traditional Chinese medicine. Massage the five fingers related meridians to achieve the function of regulating the viscera of the elderly and preventing and treating related diseases. It is suitable for elderly patients with weak constitution, low organ function and mild cognitive impairment of senile dementia.

The whole set of movements is divided into five movements 15, which are simple and easy to learn and suitable for a wide range of people. Keeping practicing every day can not only help to treat diseases, but also exercise the ability of reaction and memory, and prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease.

Cardiotonic exercise

1. palms of both hands are opposite, fingers are crossed, middle fingers of both hands are straight, fingers are abdomen, flexion and extension, one flexion and one extension, and repeat 12 times.

2. Make a fist with both hands, suddenly release it, straighten your fingers, hold the fist for two seconds, and then straighten it quickly. Hold it once, let it go once, and do it again and again for twelve times.

3. Keep palms straight, fingers close together, middle finger and ring finger remain motionless, and the other three points are separated outward. Hold it for two seconds, then put your fingers together. Repeat this action twelve times.

Soothes liver movement

1. Pinch the index finger of the other hand with the thumb and index finger, from the base of the finger to the pulp of the finger for three times, and then change hands to knead.

2. Keep your thumb and forefinger straight, bend the other fingers, and bend the forefinger continuously for twelve times.

3. Hold the index finger of the other hand with five fingers, pull it out as far as possible, keep it for five seconds, and then change hands to do the same action six times.

Cao Jianping

1. Knead once with the thumb and forefinger of one hand from the base of the finger to the pulp of the finger. Pinch each finger three times, and then change hands.

2. Keep the palm straight, palm up, thumb as close as possible to the palm direction, then restore the original state and repeat this action 12 times.

3. Use two thumbs and forefinger to do "ok" action at the same time, and the other three fingers should be as straight as possible, then return to the state where all ten fingers are straight, and continue to do the next "ok" action.

Bufei exercise

1. Knead the ring finger of the other hand with the thumb and forefinger, from the base of the finger to the pulp of the finger for three times in a row, and then knead it by changing hands.

2. Bend the ring fingers of both hands, keep the two nails close together, and keep the other four fingers as straight as possible. After five seconds, repeat it twelve times in a row.

3. Face your thumb with your ring fingers, keep circulating for three seconds, then straighten your fingers and repeat for twelve times in a row.

Warm kidney exercise

1. Knead the little finger of the other hand with your thumb and forefinger, from the base of the finger to the pulp of the finger, repeat for three times, and then change hands to knead.

2. Rub the outer sides of the two little fingers against each other several times for three minutes each time.

3. Hold the little finger of the other hand with five fingers and rotate back and forth for three minutes at a time, alternating hands.

The above-mentioned five-element finger exercises can be performed in lying position, sitting position and standing position, 5-8 times a day, each time 10 minute.
