More importantly, Luan Jiaqin was not satisfied with studying the Book of Changes. Her ambition is to spread the book of changes to more people. In the communication with her, I didn't hear a single complaint. Her idea is very practical. She doesn't want to talk too much about the truth. She just wants to let China people experience the value of the Book of Changes by educating everyone about the methods of treating diseases one by one.
Since 2008, she began to write popular books. So far, she has published five books: The Wisdom of Not Being Sick, 2, 3 and 4, Prescribing with the Book of Changes, and Opening the Black Box of Diseases. Her writing plan is still going on.
Author: You have entered middle age, your thinking is still so wise and your spirit is optimistic and positive. What drives you to stay in this state for a long time?
Luan Jiaqin: Let me put it this way. We should have a good attitude and keep a happy mood. I feel young physically and mentally, and I can do it for another 20 years. I like Chinese medicine, and I like to seek the origin from the Book of Changes, and to find more targeted and efficient ways to preserve health and get rid of diseases. Provide more people with daily health care programs so that they can enjoy health.
Author: How did you embark on the road of medicine?
Luan Jiaqin: It can be said that I was forced by fate to embark on the road of Chinese medicine. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma when she was 22 months old. This is a terrible disease. After studying the treatment methods of western medicine and Chinese medicine for this disease, I chose Chinese medicine, and later I even chose to study Chinese medicine myself.
After her daughter recovered from asthma, her father became seriously ill again. In order to cure my father's illness, I continued to study Chinese medicine. In the course of this study and research, I also helped some friends solve some intractable diseases. So I made up my mind and embarked on the road of Chinese medicine.
Author: Why do you want to find the roots of Chinese medicine from the Book of Changes?
Luan Jiaqin: At first, I didn't understand the Book of Changes, and I adopted the traditional thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Later, when I saw an ancient doctor say "I don't know how to become a great doctor", I became curious about the Book of Changes, so I bought the books of the Book of Changes, only to find that they were all about the Book of Changes, and I was completely at a loss. So, if I want to find out for myself, I know that I graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Wuhan University, and I am really familiar with abstract symbols, so I groped for it myself and found the original meaning of gossip. Knowing the original meaning of the eight diagrams, the following research will be logical, and I also understand the explanation of the hexagrams in the Book of Changes. At the same time, I also know that Huangdi Neijing comes from Yijing, or
Author: What is your greatest experience and pleasure in learning the Book of Changes? Are you confused now?
Luan Jiaqin: The biggest joy is that the Yijing theory can actually be directly used to prescribe drugs, making Chinese medicine simple and clear, without having to memorize the efficacy of so many drugs, the composition of prescriptions and so on. For incurable diseases without mature therapy, we can also use the Yijing method to explore and find a good treatment. There are many examples, you can see my professional book "Prescribing with the Book of Changes".
Author: I think you are the resurrection and resurrection of the Book of Changes. China still has some misunderstandings about the Book of Changes. What do you think of the future development of Yijing in China? Can you give me an overview?
Luan Jiaqin: In my eyes, the Book of Changes is a mathematical model that studies the laws of all things in nature and has nothing to do with superstition. Personally, I think that many people will accept my scientific explanation of the Book of Changes and then apply it to their own work fields to make their work easier and more efficient.
In my opinion, consumers in China should experience the charm of Yijing culture, which is a subtle process and needs the joint efforts of all. A company in Shandong has done a good job in this respect: they have launched a series of Yijing health products, including health tea series, health powder series and health cream series. There are many consumers at present. People understand the charm of traditional Yijing culture while keeping in good health. This is the revival of Yijing culture.
Author: Can you tell me how to treat diseases with the Book of Changes?
Luan Jiaqin: Here I will tell an example of treating two stroke patients with Yijing theory. A 39-year-old patient was born in the days of Ding Weinian, Ren and Gui Chou. On June 28th, 2007 (Ding Hainian, Bing Wuyue, Ren Chenri), dizziness, left limb weakness with left hemiplegia and slurred speech occurred after blowing the electric fan. Another 53-year-old patient was born in Guisi, Jiayinyue and Gengxuri. On July 2, 2007 (Ding Hainian, Bing Wuyue, Ding Youri), there was weakness in the right limb and slurred speech.
The first patient was divination, and the day of onset was divination. The second patient is a fortune teller, and the date of onset is different. Deviation divination and impact divination can be combined into fire bite and thunder divination. The image of this six-pointed star is like a scene of a bomb explosion, with thunder rumbling and flames soaring. However, after the explosion, only some ashes remained in the original ontology of thunder and fire. For the human body, this kind of divination happens in the human body, which means that the qi of human body's separation or shock is consumed in an instant. For the above two patients, it directly means that the viscera corresponding to the personal attribute divination of the human body is seriously injured. Stroke is difficult to treat, which may be the reason. The two patients were discharged after their symptoms were relieved under various treatments of doctors.
I cured my sister-in-law's stroke according to the stroke divination calculated for these two stroke patients: fire and thunder bite divination. Although the eldest sister-in-law is from Kunming, the time and possible causes of her illness just constitute this divination. Fire and thunder bite like an explosion. People, in essence, belong to Kuntu. Kun is wet soil. An explosion occurred in the field of wet soil and the properties of wet soil were destroyed. How hard it is to recover. The reconstruction of the human body after this explosion is by no means a day's work. Dr Luan thought about it and chose fresh lotus root for her sister-in-law. Her recovery is quite good.
Author: You mentioned in the Book of Changes that the date of birth determines a person's innate constitution, which determines the diseases that a person is prone to in his life. What is the basis of your conclusion? Can you explain it in detail
Luan Jiaqin: When discussing the relationship between Yijing and TCM health preservation, I found that Yijing is a general mathematical model for studying heaven and earth, nature and personnel. According to Yijing, people's innate constitution can be divided into eight basic types. In further research, I was surprised to find that all the eight congenital constitutions can be deduced from the date of birth.
Why does the date of birth have such an important influence on a person's innate constitution? After studying the Book of Changes, Chinese medicine and astronomy, I gradually understand that the moment a person comes out of his mother's body, he begins to breathe independently, and from that moment on, he has a real connection with heaven and earth. At this time, the celestial bodies that appeared above his head endowed him with an immutable innate constitution. That is to say, from the moment he was born, a special adaptive mechanism was automatically established in the body, which was consistent with the wind, cold, heat, humidity, dryness and fire in nature at that time. This initial state will accompany and affect people's life.
For example, someone was born in Chen Geng in the year of Gengshen, and the day is over. If converted into symbols of the Book of Changes, it belongs to divination. This person's physique belongs to the physique of divinatory symbols. Eating beef, potatoes and other things that belong to divinatory symbols is not easy to get sick. If you always eat milk, ducks and other things that belong to water, it is difficult to be safe. People with divination need to pay attention to protecting the stomach. Once they have stomach problems, it is difficult to treat them in the usual way. Actually, the birthday on it belongs to a close friend of mine. Since childhood, she has abdominal distension at both ends for three days, and the conventional methods have no effect at all. It was cured only after conditioning with the divination method in the Book of Changes, The Wisdom of Keeping Healthy and Not Getting Sick.
Author: There are many ways to keep fit in China. I heard that you put forward a new method of keeping in good health-keeping in good health with divinatory symbols. Can you explain it in detail
Luan Jiaqin: Guaxiang regimen is a magical regimen based on the Book of Changes. I divide people's physique into eight types according to the Eight Diagrams Theory of the Book of Changes. And these eight congenital constitutions of human beings can be inferred from the date of birth.
As long as you know your innate constitution and follow the principle of "seeking with the same spirit", you can find suitable food and the original points of meridians for your internal organs, and you can adjust your own intractable diseases and common diseases. Doing is the head, or rather, the brain belongs to divination; The stomach is dry soil, and the stomach belongs to divination; Spleen is wet soil, which belongs to Kun gua; Liver is wind wood, which belongs to divination; The lungs, with the use of breathing, communicate divination; The kidney is the dirty of water, belonging to cantaloupe; Heart, beating, belongs to earthquake divination; Gallbladder meridian, which belongs to deviating from divination, is an important digestive juice of human body. Describing and depicting the internal organs of the human body with the symbols of gossip actually reveals their close relationship with nature. Since human internal organs can be divided into eight categories, according to the principle of the Book of Changes, any natural product, including food and medicine, can also be divided into eight categories according to the place of origin, color and smell. Then we often supplement the same kind of viscera with the same food and medicine, and the effect will be surprisingly successful. In order to make it convenient for everyone to inquire about their physique types, I have compiled a set of divinatory symbols inquiry tables. The divinatory symbols look-up table adopts the Gregorian calendar date marking form, and clearly marks all eight kinds of constitutions with birth dates between 1936 1 October to 20 15 12 3 1 February. As long as you follow the tips in the appendix, you can quickly determine which type of your constitution belongs to.
Author: The acupoint sticking mentioned in your book "Open the Black Box of Disease" has been loved by consumers. Could you please explain the original intention of inventing acupoint sticking?
Luan Jiaqin: People are suffering after illness, not only the pain of illness, but also the injection and medicine. I still clearly remember that more than six years ago, my father frowned at the pills in his hand or the medicine juice in the bowl every day. He said it was really hard for him to swallow. Taking medicine is like carrying a load, which is nothing in the short term, but when the day has no end, the pain of taking medicine is really hard to describe in words. At that time, it was the same pain to watch my father take medicine every day. Taking medicine is painful, and hanging water, acupuncture and so on are even more painful, especially when the treatment takes a long time. As a patient, just one word: suffering. It is more appropriate to describe it as "spending money to buy guilt".
Because of this experience, it has always been my dream to treat diseases with painless external treatment after I studied medicine. Because of this desire, I chose acupuncture, and successfully found that applying the right medicine to the right acupoints can completely treat various internal diseases. It is also because of this desire that I have developed various acupoint stickers. In the process of learning external therapy, I found that when the human body is weak, the effect of simple external therapy is far less than that of healthy body, so oral tonic is needed. Fortunately, all kinds of tonics in Chinese medicine are not as good as those used to treat diseases, and they are not bad at all. Even many of them taste good, fragrant and sweet, and have an attractive appetite. So later, my dream evolved into: acupoint external application medicine+Chinese medicine tonic medicine * * * with treatment. Take one or both.
Author: I heard that someone came to see you and asked you to serve for a year. I am willing to give you a service fee of 6,543,800 yuan per year. Is it true?/You don't say.
Luan Jiaqin: Yes, there is a boss who is almost sixty years old. He has been in business for many years and is in poor health. Let me serve him for one year. Because I was busy with the popularization of public health recently, I was afraid I couldn't spare the time, so I pushed him away. Of course not. I'm a little lofty, but I've been very busy recently. Doing public health communication is the task I set for myself and the mission in my heart. I want more ordinary people to have a little knowledge of finding the root of the disease, so that when the disease comes, they will not take detours.
Q: China people have complicated attitudes towards the Book of Changes. How to treat this phenomenon?
Luan Jiaqin: I don't want to talk too much about the right and wrong in this respect. It's no use talking too much. No matter you are from China or a foreigner, you have to see what you see with your own eyes, or experience it personally, so that you can have sincere feelings. My job in mass communication is to spread the treatment methods of Yijing to everyone, let everyone experience it, and then evaluate Yijing. It might be better this way. Just shouting slogans and quarreling there won't solve any problems.
Q: What do you think is the symbol of the revival of TCM?
Luan Jiaqin: This involves very complicated issues. Now it is a market economy, and I am also a generation who grew up with China's reform and opening up. I want to know why western medicine has more say in China. On the one hand, western medicine has the effect of treating diseases here, on the other hand, the state or enterprises have the money to invest here and let talented people study it in depth, thus forming a virtuous circle. Everyone seems to think that Chinese medicine can't cure any serious illness, and Chinese medicine hospitals are not very popular with students. A key reason is that Chinese medicine doctors have not received enough respect and income. As a younger generation of Chinese medicine, I don't have too many constraints and speak directly. If I have to answer your question directly, I think Chinese medicine will be revitalized when Chinese medicine doctors have better income.
Q: Are you optimistic about the future of Chinese medicine?
Luan Jiaqin: The value of Chinese medicine cannot be cancelled by one person or some people. The reason why it has been circulated for so many years has its own value. The human body is a very complicated structure, so is nature. It is not only a science that can completely explain the study of people and their surroundings. All theories may explain one side of the world we face. A true scholar should be generous enough to tolerate other theories. From my own experience and years of experience in treating diseases, I have every reason to believe that I am optimistic about the future of Chinese medicine.
