Practice of yam ribs soup

Practice 1: yam and corn sparerib soup

Ingredients: small ribs, fruit corn, carrots, yam, salt and ginger slices.

Exercise:

Practice 3: ham and yam ribs soup

Practice 4: Lycium barbarum and Chinese yam ribs soup

Ingredients: Lycium barbarum, Chinese yam, ribs, refined salt, chicken essence, ginger slices and pepper.

2.
