First, the criteria for selecting gas stoves
Gas stoves are the most important kitchen appliances. Without it, all the dishes are empty talk. So how to choose a good gas stove? What are its selection criteria? I have been engaged in the home appliance industry for more than 30 years and have been exposed to various cookers. According to experience, a good gas stove should mainly meet these six conditions: 1. Easy to ignite; 2. High firepower; 3. There is flameout protection; 4. Zero emission of waste gas, energy saving and environmental protection; 5. Prevent spilled soup from flowing into the stove; 6. Wear-resistant parts are easy to replace. If these six conditions are met at the same time, it can be said that it is a good gas stove. From the health point of view, the zero emission of gas from gas stoves is particularly important. On the contrary, gas will pollute the whole kitchen food and home environment, which is very harmful to family health.
2. Comparison between common open-flame stove and infrared stove.
There are two kinds of gas stoves now, one is an ordinary open-air stove (used by most people), and the other is an infrared gas stove, which has almost no flame when burning; Generally speaking, ordinary open-hearth stoves of first-line brands (such as Tai Fang and Boss) can meet the above six conditions. However, compared with the infrared gas stove with good quality (my experience, Hongri, Tongkang), the second and fourth points of "big firepower, zero exhaust gas, energy saving and environmental protection" are not as good as the infrared gas stove. Why? First of all, according to their combustion principle, when the burner head of an ordinary open-hearth furnace burns, the gas directly ejects from the burner hole and starts to burn when it comes into contact with air, and the flame is obvious; When the burner of infrared gas stove burns, the gas must be premixed with air in the combustion chamber of the stove (the more fully mixed, the more complete the gas combustion), and then burned in the holes of the porous combustion radiation plate to produce infrared radiation; Obviously, the heating of food by ordinary open-fire stove is a way of direct heat transfer from the flame to the bottom of the pot. In this way, because the flame is exposed to the air, the heat energy is lost, while the infrared stove is flameless combustion (no heat energy loss). It radiates heat from the bottom of the pot through infrared rays, which has stronger penetration (food is easier to cook), so two stoves with the same heat load have more firepower and are more energy-saving. On the other hand, the infrared stove has an additional burner premixed with air than the ordinary open-air stove, and the gas can be fully mixed with air, so the combustion is more complete. As we all know, gas combustion needs oxygen, which means that the gas combustion of infrared stoves is more complete than that of ordinary open-fire stoves. Therefore, the infrared gas stove has less exhaust gas and higher thermal efficiency.
3. Recommend Red Sun and Tongkang infrared gas stoves.
First of all, I don't trust these two brands, but the conclusion is based on years of business experience and customer feedback. Hongri is the earliest enterprise in China to develop infrared gas stoves. It has a long history, stable quality, good customer response and many repeat customers. However, the disadvantage is that the fired ceramic plate is easy to break, and when the crack is greater than 1 mm, it will be tempered and shot. In addition, it is often impossible to make a fire at once, so make more fires. I hope Hongri Company can improve in the future. Now let's talk about Tongkang infrared gas stove. As we all know, gas combustion needs oxygen, so all infrared stoves have burners. At present, most of the burners of infrared stoves on the market do not have any built-in devices (including red sun). Only Tongkang infrared stove has the patented technology of built-in mixer. What are the benefits of this? This mixer is similar to the shape of a louver, which can help the gas and air to mix more evenly and fully, and then the gas will burn more fully and thoroughly, so the final result is almost zero exhaust gas and higher thermal efficiency; In addition, if there is no mixer in the combustion chamber, the impulse of mixing gas and air will rush to the ceramic plate on the furnace surface, and the ceramic plate will expand with heat and contract with cold, which is easy to cause the ceramic plate to crack (this is also the reason why infrared gas stoves cannot be popularized on a large scale for a long time). The internal mixer of Tongkang combustion chamber blocks this impulse. At the same time, cordierite ceramic material is used as the combustion radiation plate, and the thermal expansion coefficient of cordierite is the smallest. Therefore, the ceramic plate of the burner is not easy to break, even if the crack width is 1 mm, it can still burn normally, and there will be no sparking and tempering. Tongkang infrared gas stove has successfully solved the disadvantages of infrared gas stoves for many years, which is more energy-saving, more firepower, no tempering, no ignition and better ignition. The disadvantage of Tongkang cooker is that it should be listed for less than 5 years and few people use it. However, customers who have used Tongkang stoves have a high return rate and often introduce colleagues and friends to buy them.
