According to the actual situation of sports facilities in our school and many years of physical education teaching practice, compulsory physical education courses are offered in grades one to four, and students are limited to take 4 credits (144 class hours) during their school days.

Specific type:

(1) physical education class is compulsory for senior one.

(2) Interest options for the second and third grades

A. Offerings: basketball, volleyball, football (male), handball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, martial arts, bodybuilding (male), aerobics (female), sports dance, swimming, track and field, Sanshou, women's self-defense and orienteering.

B, according to the number and level of students, can set up universal classes.

(3) physical education class in Grade 4 and 5: Taking health preservation, fitness and lifelong exercise as the purpose, taking Tai Ji Chuan, endurance running or swimming as the basic content, and combining the test results of "Students' Physical Health Standard" as the graduation basis.

(4) Physical health care course: it is a compulsory course for a few students with abnormal physical fitness, chronic diseases and rehabilitation after illness. Through the teaching of health care courses, students can master several health care sports skills and methods that are beneficial to physical and mental health and accelerate rehabilitation.

(5) Sports training improvement course: it is a training course (development goal) for high-level athletes who improve their sports skills and students who have sports expertise and spare capacity.

* In addition, according to the school situation, some public elective courses are offered for senior students and graduate students.
