A powerful way depends on the strength of Yijin. When all the methods are demonstrated, the fruit will have its own characteristics in a few minutes. It is said that long-term practice of this method has unexpectedly increased strength. He once showed with his arms that the movements of the four methods are easy to learn, and the first level is as easy as blowing off dust. He is old and weak, Xian Yi. The second level is suitable for the development of teenagers. The three-level training method has achieved the status of Lux for several years. According to experience. Often give the law to the same yin. Those who suffer from chronic diseases will have a great effect if they practice for several months. The actual effect of practicing Yijinjing

Breathing is China's unique skill and one of the methods of breathing. Therefore, if there are more practitioners, there will be fewer practitioners. Look up all kinds of qigong books. Most of them come from Buddhism. Buddhist Qigong is based on Kangzang, India. There are nine kinds of tantric qigong, such as bottle gas and clumsy fire. However, if you want to learn this method, you must learn from the teacher for a long time. Do not practice yourself with a little knowledge. Yijinjing and practicing Qi are superficial efforts. But after several years of pure work, the internal organs will be strong and the strength will be enhanced, which indicates that the average reader will be infinitely excited. When she presided over the Guangzhou Games, there were several old people who studied this. Among them, those with deficiency cold don't make up, those with common head cold, those with indigestion, those with stomach diseases and lung diseases only learned the first to fourth formulas, and they got a good change in two months. Later, after we were separated for several years, we suddenly shared common values, but we all felt energetic. After consulting, it is clear that Yijinjing has been practicing constantly, so it is as great as overcoming all diseases and relaxing muscles. Sincerely protect human health and save the weak. Examples of Yijinjing

(1) There are eight species in the first level, the fifth and the eighth species, which move slightly, while the rest do not move.

(2) There are four types in the second stage, and the first to third types have no action. The fourth type of action is otherwise stipulated.

(3) There are two types in the third stage, the first one has no action, and the second one has other instructions.

Matters needing attention in practicing Yijinjing

(a) Each type starts with 9 breaths and ends with 8/kloc-0 breaths. Breathe slowly and long to avoid rushing. Beginners start with nine breaths, practice until they are proficient without reluctance, and then add nine breaths, step by step, without reluctance. After each type of practice, take a break before continuing to practice other types. Because deep breathing is definitely not far-fetched. If you feel tired, you must adjust your breathing before continuing.

(2) Beginners should start with the first formula of the first level and change from nine breaths to 998 1 breath. Only when they feel compelled can they learn the second formula. However, beginners often get bored when learning a style. They can learn one to eight styles, take nine breaths, and gradually increase. Each style takes 998/kloc-0 breaths, but it should be gradually increased, so it is not appropriate to rush.

(c) When breathing, you must grind your teeth, put your tongue on the palate and open your mouth slightly. The function of gnashing teeth is that the teeth of the elderly do not fall off, and slightly opening them is to help them breathe naturally. On the tongue snipe, the upper jaw produces body fluids.

(d) Learning this method should be done at least once every morning, noon and evening. When practicing, you must be single-minded and shoulder heavy. After each fight, you should slow down a few steps. Take a break. Overworked work is not suitable for internship, because the benefits are not great, but it is also harmless. Always let nature take its course, don't force it.

(e) When you are exercising, you must tighten your breath every time you clench your fist or press your palm or push it up or forward or hold your palm left and right. For example, after making a fist and breathing, the more you hold it, the tighter it will be until the breathing of 99 is over. This is relaxation. Push forward, lift up, and hold hands left and right are the same.

You don't have to work too hard to practice the first level. Let nature take its course, and the strength of long practice comes unexpectedly. The second level, I-IV, is the overlapping bone method. Master Xiong once practiced this method and shortened his body by five inches. According to the cloud, if you practice hard in your childhood, you will succeed. All kinds of breathing should pay attention to inhaling and sinking to Tian Dan.

(g) The first type of swallowing Yin in the third level is easy to achieve by practicing pure skills for a few years when I was a child, and the second type is to practice finger strength and waist strength. Various long-term exercises have the special effects of prolonging life and turning weakness into strength.

(Xin) This series has three levels and fourteen types, each with its own characteristics. Although you can practice a series, if you want to get quick results and be easy to understand, you still have to learn from the teacher and pay attention to your oral decision.

Various training methods of Yijinjing at all levels

The first stage of the first type (Figure 1)

Stand with your feet shoulder-width, keep your eyes straight, your teeth clenched, your mouth slightly open, your hands clenched, and your thumb stuck to your thigh; Clench your fist every time you breathe, and don't relax. Hold it tighter and tighter until you breathe 998 1 time. After walking for several months, your physical strength will naturally increase.

Note: shoulders should be heavy, chest should not be stiff, and air will sink into the abdomen. Start taking nine breaths, and then relax your hands.

The first stage and the second stage (Figure 2) breathe by hand.

Stand with your feet as before, look straight, with your teeth clenched, your mouth slightly open, your tongue on the upper and lower jaws, and your palms pressed down; After each breath, the palm is pressed down, the left and right fingers are tilted, and the palm is pressed down. Breathe 998 1 time before relaxing. This formula also increases the strength of hands and arms.

Note: The shoulders, chest and abdomen sink, and the fingers are raised under the palm of your hand on time.

The first and third types (Figure 3) push the palm forward to breathe.

Stand with your feet as before, your eyes are straight, your teeth are clenched, your mouth is slightly open, your tongue is up and down, your palm is pushed forward, and your thumb and fingertips are triangular; At the end of each breath, push your palms forward and push your fingers inward at the same time. The more you push forward, the more you push in, and the more you relax until 998 1 breath is over. This type of hand force and finger force.

Note: the arms are slightly bent, the air sinks into the abdomen, and the fingers are bent inward.

The first stage and the third type (Figure 3 bis, side view)

The first and fourth types (Figure 4) breathe in the left and right palms.

Stand with your feet as before, look straight into your eyes, clench your teeth, open your mouth slightly, and extend your palm horizontally, with the intention of putting heavy objects in it; After every breath, I intend to hold my palm, but I only intend to keep my palm still until 998 1 breath. This type increases arm strength.

Note: sink your shoulders, close your chest and sink into your abdomen. Keep your hands flat and don't fall.

The fifth stage (Figure 5) opens and closes hands to breathe.

Stand with your feet as before, with your eyes looking straight, your teeth clenched, your mouth slightly open, your hands folded like your chest, and your thumbs together; When inhaling, separate your hands, and when exhaling, put your hands together again until 998 1 breath. This method makes the lungs contract one by one and has a good effect on tuberculosis.

Caution: The shoulders, chest and abdomen sink. When you open and close your hand, your fingers bend outward, your thumb is close to your body and you don't lift it. See Figure 5- 1 and Figure 5-2. That is, put your hands together and continue to open to the extent shown in fig. 5.

The first stage of the sixth form (Figure 6) is left and right palm breathing.

Stand with your feet as before, look straight, with your teeth clenched, your mouth slightly open, your tongue on the upper and lower jaws, your palms apart, your fingers pointing to the sky, and your fingertips bent toward your head; Open your hands every time you breathe. If you breathe 8/kloc-0 times continuously, you will relax. This type increases arm strength and wrist strength.

Note: The shoulders, chest and abdomen sink, and the fingertips bend towards the head.

The seventh stage (Figure 7) palms up, breathing.

Stand with your feet as before, hands high and hands behind your back. Palm up, thumb and forefinger in a triangle, facing the sky. When inhaling, clench your teeth. When exhaling, open your mouth and raise your hands higher and higher until you have finished breathing. This formula can get rid of bad breath.

Note: the abdomen is full of air, look up at the back of your hand, your chest and abdomen should not protrude, and your fingers should droop.

The first stage of the eighth style (Figure 8) is breathing with hands hanging down.

Stand with your feet as before, your teeth clenched, your body bent at a 90-degree angle, your hands hanging down slowly, exhaling when you bend down, inhaling when you stand up, and your hands hanging down more and more; If you breathe too fast, you can stand up and breathe again, and then droop; If you don't feel tired, you can stop breathing for 8/kloc-0 times.

Note: sink your shoulders and chest, and your breath sinks into your abdomen. When your hands droop, your shoulders will relax a little. Relax your hands and don't push. This formula has a special effect on excess abdominal fat, which can reduce abdominal fat and narrow waist circumference. If you have excess abdominal fat, breathe three to five times a day, and you can achieve great results after January.

The second stage of the first type (Figure 9) lunges and bends to breathe (right)

Take a step to the right with your right foot and do a right lunge. After the body bends to the right, put the palm of your right hand behind your back, put your left hand in front of your forehead in a circle, and look out at the heel of your left foot. When you stand in this position, your teeth are clenched and you breathe once to eighty-one times. Learning this formula often has a good effect on low back pain.

Note: this style is folded in half, but it is difficult to succeed unless it is practiced as a child. When breathing, the whole body does not move. The first lunge breathing (left) in the second stage is the same as the last one, but the left and right lunges are different.

The second stage of the second type (figure 10) clenches fists and breathes upwards (right)

Feet in a right lunge as before, body straight, right hand raised, elbows on head, head tilted back. Look at the heart of your right hand, clench your fist with your left hand and bite your back teeth. Breathing 8 1 time continuously is relaxation. This exercise can strengthen the neck.

Note: When breathing in this way, the whole body is motionless, the right wrist is slightly flexed and tightened, and the head and neck are tense. In the second stage, the second clenched fist breathing (left) is exactly the same as the previous one, but the left and right angles are reversed.

The second stage and the third stage (Figure 1 1) support breathing (right)

Feet lunge right as before, body straight, right palm up, palm up, pointing to head down, left palm drooping, fingers touching the ground, palm to thigh, eyes level, teeth clenched, breathing 8 1 time to relax. This formula is related to the ninth formula.

Note: When breathing like this, the whole body will not move. After each breath, the right hand must be propped up, and the left hand will droop, which means stretching your hands. The second-stage and third-stage push-up breathing (left) is exactly the same as the above formula, except that the left and right angles are reversed.

The second stage of the fourth type (figure 12) squats and ups and downs breathing

Feet and toes are one foot and two inches apart, hands akimbo, and the body slowly descends; When squatting, the heel is off the ground and only two toes are used to maintain the center of gravity; Eye-level teeth; Squat down to thigh level and fall together until 8/kloc-0 breaths. Long-term practice steps to stabilize the kidney, the old steps did not fall.

Note: the whole set of tendon relaxing methods is only effective for the fifth and fourteenth styles. This style squats and exhales, and stands up and inhales. Start with your toes, immediately land on your heels, and then leave the ground when you squat.

The third stage of the first type (figure 13) swallowed yin and breathed.

Feet on the ground, about a foot away, hands behind your back, right hand clenched fist, left hand holding right wrist, body slightly squatting, knees slightly bent, eyes straight up, teeth clenched, tongue licking the upper jaw, continuous breathing 8 1 time, this childhood training is successful. This formula is particularly strong for the development of the kidney, and it has an incredible effect on adult intelligence for several months. This way of sinking into the field by standing piles can cure all chronic diseases.

Note: When the hub is lifted, air sinks into the abdomen and the renal capsule contracts.

The second kind of the third stage (figure 14) pitch breathing.

Push the whole body straight, put your fingers and toes on the ground, and breathe continuously for 8/kloc-0 times. The important point is on the hand, and the use of the hand must be divided into three types: the first is to stick the palm to the ground first; After proficiency, the second style changes from palm to fist; Once you are proficient and have no reluctance, use the third type, from fist to finger. Fingers are also divided into flat fingers and vertical fingers: flat fingers are nails facing up; Finger standing means that the nails are horizontally oriented and the fingertips are all attached to the ground. This kind of finger is the most difficult, but it is not difficult to move forward and backward, from less to more, step by step, after a long period of hard work. Use five fingers first. Gradually shrink to a thumb in order to reach the highest peak. No sick people practice this formula for several months. Arm strength, finger strength and waist strength come unexpectedly, and walking for a year means that you can dismantle copper coins. This type of pectoralis major, posterior shoulder muscle, deltoid muscle and bicephalus muscle are developed, and all parts of the wrist and leg are quite developed, so the action should be slow.

Note: this kind of action is not suitable for people with lung disease, heart disease and stomach disease.
