Usually read and write, the posture should be correct, and the distance between eyes and books should be kept at about 30 cm. The light is too strong or too dark, so lying down, taking a bus or taking a boat are not suitable for reading.

Close your eyes to recuperate: after working or studying for a period of time (about 1 hour), go to a quiet place, relax all over, close your eyes lightly, eliminate distractions and calm your mind. After 5 ~ 10 minutes, gently massage around your eyes and temples, then open your eyes and look at the blue sky or distant scenery.
