Unpacking method:

Cut bitter gourd into two pieces along the above-mentioned specified direction, and after removing seeds, remove a layer of white pulp close to melon flesh, which can effectively remove some bitterness.

Mixed frying method:

Wash and shred bitter gourd, and do not put oil in the wok. When the pot is hot, pour the shredded bitter gourd into the pot and stir fry.
