After half an hour, boil the pot and add the vermicelli. Steps of stewed mutton with vermicelli:

1. Make the dough first. Boil the mutton with boiling water to make it bleed. Stir fry with oil. Add salt, cooking wine and ginger slices when frying until the mutton is slightly burnt. Add water, cinnamon and angelica to boil.
