The grade of IGA puncture should be written in your pathological report. The number of protein is not the basis for judging IGA grading, but the status of glomeruli and renal tubules in puncture pathology.

IGA is above Grade III, contains a lot of protein, and needs hormone therapy. IGA is a chronic disease, which needs lifelong maintenance and review.
