working methods
1. All materials are washed and soaked for half a day (except longan meat, which only needs to be soaked for half an hour).
2. Put in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and boil it with high fire.
3. Stir and reduce the heat to about 1 hour, add longan pulp and crystal sugar and cook for about 10 minute, then turn off the heat and stew for 15 minute.
