Etiology:
At present, general medical books think that the main cause of rosacea is mite infection, so it is also called mite dermatitis. Therefore, the treatment of rosacea is mainly acaricide, and there are many acaricides such as sulfur ointment, metronidazole ointment, oral metronidazole and tinidazole for external use. Clinical observation for several years has confirmed that this therapy has a poor effect on rosacea. It also shows that the cause of rosacea is not only simple mite infection.
Experts in the Wopu Biological Laboratory in the United States believe that the root cause of rosacea can be summarized in one sentence-patients are allergic to mites and their decomposition products. The key is that the patient belongs to sensitive constitution, which is the internal cause and the most fundamental factor, and is the root of the occurrence, development and change of rosacea. As for mite infection, it is the fuse of the disease, but it is actually only an external inducing factor, not the root cause.
In addition to the above reasons, impetuous emotions, oily skin, clogged pores, excessive drinking, overeating spicy food, hygiene habits and other factors can all be external causes of rosacea. In the course of rosacea, these factors often collude with each other, leading to the aggravation of rosacea.
Clinical manifestations: this disease is more common in middle-aged people, with more women than men, but the male patients are more seriously ill, and the skin lesions are mostly distributed in the center of the face, which is symmetrical. Common in the nose, cheeks, eyebrows and chin. According to its development process, it can be divided into three stages:
1. Erythema: At first, it is a temporary erythema, especially after eating irritating food or emotional excitement. Erythema lasts for a long time and the capillaries are dendritic.
2. Papule stage: On the basis of erythema, papules or pustules may appear, and skin lesions are inconsistent with hair follicles.
3. Nasal fat stage: If the disease stage is insufficient, there may be multiple nodules on the nose, which merge with each other. The surface is uneven, the alar is enlarged, the pores are obviously enlarged, and the capillaries are obviously expanded and crisscrossed, forming alar fat.
You can use a piece of paper film, which is about the size of your nose, and then apply toothpaste to your nose evenly. When it is completely dry, you can remove a lot of blackheads and use it repeatedly.
