Obviously, ozone can accomplish the third purpose, but it can't do anything about the first two.
Ps: According to my knowledge structure, the disinfection mechanism of ozone is produced by oxygen free radicals generated after decomposition. This kind of free radical has super oxidation, which is unfavorable to health from the perspective of health care.
Therefore, it is not recommended to purify water with ozone.
