Based on my own practice, this paper introduces some experiences in Wushu teaching in middle schools. The arrangement of Wushu classes at the grass-roots level is staged, so it is difficult for students to achieve "both form and spirit" and "integration of inside and outside". Therefore, it is necessary to arrange martial arts movements reasonably in classroom teaching. First, arrange the teaching plan reasonably according to the physical education syllabus, and then make full use of the preparation part of the classroom. Thirdly, in Wushu teaching, classifying and memorizing according to the characteristics of Wushu will help students master Wushu routines. Fourthly, in Wushu teaching, we should choose a teaching method suitable for the characteristics of Wushu teaching: (1) adopt decomposition teaching method for beginners. (2) In teaching, passwords are combined with exercises. (3) Combining practice with shouting. (4) In the new teaching, it is necessary to determine the position and practice direction of students. (5) Flexible and diverse teaching methods.

Grassroots teaching is different from university teaching. The teaching time in physical education class is 45 minutes or 50 minutes. Generally, a physical education class class needs to arrange two different teaching contents, which requires making full use of time, planning and completing the class well, and achieving the expected goal. This often brings some difficulties to grass-roots physical education teachers, especially Wushu teaching. People all know that the content of Wushu is varied, the routine is complex, and it requires both internal and external combination, both form and spirit, while the middle school physical education syllabus requires a small proportion of Wushu teaching hours and strong stages. Therefore, it is difficult for students to achieve "both form and spirit" and "integration of inside and outside" in Wushu classroom teaching at the grass-roots level.

1, reasonably arrange the teaching plan according to the physical education syllabus.

For beginners, first of all, we should know what hook, palm, fist, lunge and standing posture are, and we should learn basic skills such as hand type change, step type change and technique change in order to learn routines smoothly. For example, in the teaching of primary Changquan, its movements seem simple on the surface, but in essence, this routine has the characteristics of Changquan's wearing, jumping, jumping and changing direction. So first of all, we should teach the basic skills of Wushu and related combined movements. Then teach the students five-step boxing. Because the five-step boxing contains the main steps and techniques of Wushu, the movements are few and simple, and the direction changes little, which is easy for beginners to master and can also be used to cultivate students' learning enthusiasm. Finally, the complete teaching of primary school Changquan is carried out. Only by strengthening the basic skills in a targeted way can we clear the stumbling block in routine practice and students can easily master Wushu routines such as Changquan.

2. Make full use of the preview part of the class.

It is necessary to reasonably arrange the preparation part of Wushu class, change the simple unarmed practice into Wushu practice, and do some basic Wushu exercises, such as jumping and punching, punching with "ma bu" or "ma bu" or "ma bu" or "ma bu" or "ma bu" or "ma bu" transformation, loop arm, footwork and racket wheel, front and side leg press, etc. Doing so can make warm-up activities and basic exercises closely and fully linked, so that students can establish a preliminary concept of action, have good basic skills of martial arts, and facilitate further study of routines in the future.

In order to simplify the action teaching, we should first help students find out the rules of routine actions. For example, the starting and ending directions of routines should be consistent, and the positions should be consistent. Generally, when practicing primary boxing, the fist is in the waist and the heart is up, and the heart is down when punching.

In order to consolidate the learned routines in regular teaching, teachers should adopt the way of inspiration and questioning in review class to improve students' understanding and memory of routines. For example, in the teaching of primary boxing, there is no need to ask such a question: What are the boxing moves in this routine? What are the pushing actions? What are the lighting actions and so on. By classifying the problems in this way, students can understand and memorize routines, make seemingly irregular routines orderly, improve students' abstract thinking ability and realize the real purpose of teaching.

4. Choose teaching methods suitable for the characteristics of Wushu teaching.

(1,) Using decomposition teaching method For beginners in martial arts classroom teaching, decomposition teaching method is generally adopted first. For example, to learn primary boxing, first learn one stroke and one style, and then connect them in series, so that every movement can be connected, and finally achieve "both form and spirit." You can learn basic skills first, and then learn routines. For example, in the third year of high school, you can practice aerobics first, then learn to wear before jumping, fly your feet in the air and so on, which will be much easier.

(2) In teaching, the combination of passwords and exercises enables students to master actions and remember actions and names. For example, lunge boxing, bouncing boxing. When reviewing, the teacher can just shout the password and let the students say the name of the action while practicing, so that the students can further master the actions they have learned.

(3) Combination of Practice and Shout In the process of practicing initial boxing, students can shout "ha" or "hey" loudly. First, it can be neat; Second, it can increase strength and momentum, and achieve the effect of gas pushing and sound assisting.

(4) In the new teaching, it is necessary to fix the students' standing position and practice direction, otherwise it is easy to make mistakes in the students' action route. It is best to demonstrate on the back of the presentation surface, so that students can see the direction and route clearly and avoid standing and direction mistakes.

(5) Flexible and diverse teaching methods There are many kinds of martial arts with complex structures, but they have their own regularity, systematicness and scientificity. It is not difficult to complete the teaching task as long as we grasp its internal characteristics and make the best use of the situation. For example, according to its structural characteristics, individual movements with greater difficulty can be taught in a decentralized way, and the tactics of "divide and rule" can be implemented, which greatly enriches the names and terms of martial arts movements, such as "full moon balance"; Some directly reflect the structure and methods of movements, such as "jumping boxing", so that teachers can directly tell the essentials of movements, and combined with vivid metaphors and appropriate exaggeration, the teaching atmosphere will be more active.
