Maybe you are under too much pressure and take some minor illnesses or normal phenomena as your own diseases. As for the problem of getting angry, is there any nutrient element lacking in the body?
My suggestion: get enough sleep, drink plenty of water (as long as you are free), eat some vegetables and fruits, combine work and rest, go outdoors more, run every morning (this is the best way to deal with fatigue), and play for a while every half hour. Now many people are in sub-health state, especially our students. My sister has nothing to worry about.
