Weng Weijian (1933 ~), a native of Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province, is a professor, director of the teaching and research section of traditional Chinese medicine nutrition, and vice president of the Health Care Society of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Society. He is the author of Dietary Nutrition of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Food Supplement and Dietotherapy.
