How long does it take for the concrete to solidify after pouring?
Curing after 2-3 hours.

In normal temperature weather, after concrete pouring is completed, it can be covered with plastic film and grass curtain after 2~3 hours, and it can be maintained by sprinkling water to achieve the purpose of moisture retention of concrete.

The early plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete are large, which is easy to cause cracking. Concrete curing is one of the important measures to replenish water or reduce water loss rate, prevent concrete from cracking and ensure the achievement of various mechanical properties of concrete.

Concrete refers to the general name of engineering composite materials in which aggregates are bonded into a whole by cementing materials. Generally speaking, concrete refers to cement as cementing material and sand and gravel as aggregate; Cement concrete, also known as ordinary concrete, is a mixture of cement and water in a certain proportion and is widely used in civil engineering.

Concrete curing can be divided into four stages: static stop, heating, constant temperature and cooling:

1, keep the ambient temperature not lower than 5℃ during static stop, and heat up the concrete after 4 ~ 6h pouring;

2, the heating rate should not be greater than 65438 00℃/h;

3. During constant temperature, the internal temperature of concrete shall not exceed 60℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 65℃. Constant temperature curing time should be determined by experiments according to the demoulding strength requirements of components, concrete mixture ratio and environmental conditions.

4, cooling rate should not be greater than 65438 00℃/h. ..
