Self-made method of summer health porridge

Main ingredients:

200 grams of oat scented rice, 50 grams of millet, 50 grams of corn grains, 50 grams of glutinous rice, 25 grams of oats, 50 grams of red dates, ginkgo biloba and black rice.

Practice steps:

1. This is oatmeal scented rice (I took this because I was too lazy, please forgive me).
