Fruit often tampered with by merchants (1 species): waxed apples.

When shopping for apples, careful friends will find that many apples are bright in color, full of luster, and look particularly attractive. Strangely, the surfaces of these apples can be flawless or spotted, all because unscrupulous merchants coat the surfaces with a layer of wax to make the apples look better, and they can attract consumers to pay the bill with their bright appearance.

Apple itself has a layer of fruit wax to prevent microorganisms and pesticides from invading the pulp. But now the merchants have coated the surface of apples with a layer of edible wax or even industrial non-edible wax, which has completely different properties. If we often eat this waxed apple, it will not only affect the stomach, but also cause many adverse health conditions over time.

There are three ways to avoid buying waxed apples:

1): immersion method, artificial wax has a low melting point, and a film will appear on the water surface when scalded with slightly hot water;

2): Look at the skin. Very smooth and bright apples with obvious reflection and beautiful colors may be waxed. When you buy it, you can scrape it with your nails and even scrape off the white powder. On the contrary, the simple appearance may not be waxed and the feel is rough;

3): Wipe the apple skin with a paper towel. If a red substance can be erased, apples will be waxed, even industrial wax.

Fruits containing toxins (3 species):

1, frozen persimmon

Persimmon is a seasonal fruit in autumn and winter. Proper consumption is beneficial to health, but it is recommended not to eat too much frozen persimmons. After persimmon is processed into frozen persimmon, it can prolong its suitable eating time and taste better.

But at the same time, frozen persimmons also contain a lot of toxins. Eating regularly will only increase the burden on the body and conflict with the nature of many ingredients. The second kind, betel nut.

Areca nut itself is very hard, so it has various packaging flavors after processing. If eat areca is frequently used, it will have an impact on oral mucosa and oral health, which is harmful and addictive. Moreover, betel nut contains nitrite, which will increase the incidence of oral cancer. So, be sure to keep your mouth shut, not eat areca.

The third kind, carambola

Carambola is rich in nutrition and water. Eating in moderation is good for your health, but if you have kidney disease, I can only advise you not to eat it.
