Those who are elected as the leaders of the township party and government organs shall register in accordance with the relevant provisions on the registration of civil servants within the limits of state administrative establishment.

7. Township and county (city, district) Communist Youth League Committee, women's Federation leadership adjustment, giving priority to the selection of university student village officials. When there are vacancies in non-leadership positions of county-level Communist Youth League committees and women's federations, orientation examinations will be conducted for university student village officials.

8. Recruit county-level staff of financial institutions such as Jilin Branch of China Postal Savings Bank and Jilin Branch of China Agricultural Bank from university student village officials regularly and irregularly.

9. After the expiration of the service period, after being formally employed by the party and government organs or enterprises and institutions, the length of service will be calculated after working in the village, and there will be no probation period after formal employment (employment).

10. College student village officials who are not registered in their villages and have lived in their villages for more than one year can be included in the election list if they apply to participate in the general election of villagers' committees and agree to participate in the election by the villagers' meeting or the villagers' representative meeting.
