My experience is that you must be regular and get enough sleep.

Diet depends on your constitution. If it is empty, it is mostly because kidney is not good ate tons of supplements, light vegetables, chestnuts and nuts.

Eat less cold things, such as cucumbers, cabbages, pears, watermelons and bananas.

Eat fruits and neutral ones, such as apples.

Women are fragile.

Pay attention to your health, eat reasonably and live regularly.
