At present, there is no undergraduate medical university in China to offer this major. Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine applied for the major of TCM health preservation this year. If the application is successful next year, it will be the first undergraduate college in China to offer this major. Therefore, it may take several years if you want to upgrade to an undergraduate course.
