Located next to expressway, Guishan Township, Taoyuan, Taiwan Province Province, it covers an area of about 34 hectares. It was built by Wang Yongqing, chairman of Formosa Plastics Group, with an investment of NT$ 50 billion. There are 3,600 households in the village, all of which have seven floors.
