China National Animal Museum
China Paleontology Museum was founded by vertebrate paleontology Institute of Paleoanthropology, China Academy of Sciences. It is the first national natural science museum in China to systematically popularize the knowledge of paleontology, paleoecology, paleoanthropology and evolution. It is also the largest museum of paleontology in Asia at present. 1995 15 February, China Museum of Paleozoology officially opened to the public.

The museum is located in Jiming Temple scenic spot in the city center, with a total construction area of 8,500 square meters, including an exhibition area of nearly 4,200 square meters.
