His surname is Yang, followed by his adoptive father's surname Qin. Grandfather Yang participated in the Revolution of 1911, served as chief of staff and general consultant of the Guangfu Army, and served as commander-in-chief of the Northern Expedition of the Guangfu Army. In the spring of the first year of the Republic of China, he was awarded the rank of Lieutenant General by the National Government, and later served as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province. 19 14 abandoned his official position and retired. Further back, it is also a descendant of Yang, an anti-Qing hero in the late Ming Dynasty (see Biography of Shi Kefa in the Ming Dynasty).
