(1) Main working procedures of concrete engineering: mixing, transportation, pouring and curing.
(2) The concrete strength grade in the quota shall be selected according to the general drawing, and its construction method shall be calculated according to mechanical mixing and tamping except for small components which are manually mixed and rammed.
(3) The concrete works in the quota have included the concrete transportation within the operation scope. When the average transportation distance of cast-in-place concrete project exceeds 50m, concrete transportation can be increased according to the average transportation distance of concrete designed at the construction address.
(4) The project of pumping concrete in this quota has included the labor and machinery consumed by horizontal and upward vertical pumping. When the horizontal pumping distance exceeds the comprehensive range of quota, the labor and mechanical consumption can be supplemented according to the table. Do not adjust the upward vertical pumping.
(5) In the specification, concrete should be stored in the open air. If steam curing is adopted, it shall be calculated according to the relevant quota of steam curing.
(6) All embedded parts such as steel plate, section steel and steel pipe embedded in concrete are included in the concrete quota as accessory materials. As for the connected steel plates and sections, they are included in the installation quota. Meaning: Embedded steel bars have been included in the concrete prefabrication or installation quota.
(7) When preset cooling pipes must be used in mass concrete engineering to reduce the hydration heat of concrete, it can be calculated separately according to actual needs.
(8) Unless otherwise specified, the erection and amortization expenses of scaffolding, upper and lower frames, ladders and safety fences have been comprehensively included in the concrete quota, and will not be calculated separately when using the quota. However, the arch cap and bracket required for cast-in-place bridge arch ring concrete and cast-in-place box girder by full-support method are not included in the concrete quota, and the relevant quota in Section 9 should be set.
The cost of concrete mixing is not included in the main quota.
For the concrete projects in the quota, except for the installation and disassembly of large precast member foundation, concrete mixing pile and steel truss bridge wharf project, other concrete projects do not consider the concrete mixing cost, and should be calculated separately according to the relevant quota.
Among them, large concrete structures generally need to set up centralized concrete mixing stations, and the quotas to be increased include: ① installation and disassembly of concrete mixing stations; (2) mixing concrete in a mixing station; ③ Three work contents of concrete transportation.
Commercial concrete is also acceptable, and there is no need to set up a mixing station. The price of commercial concrete generally includes transportation costs.
Installation and disassembly of concrete mixing station
Project content: concrete mixer mixing: artificial batching, mixing, discharging, installation and demolition of concrete mixing station (building);
1) all the work of sand building, stone silo partition, retaining wall, cofferdam and mixing station pouring foundation;
2) Installation and removal of mixing station;
3) Clean up and dismantle the construction site after completion;
4) Transportation of materials within 50km from the site.
Mixing in concrete mixing station
Work content: concrete mixer mixing: manual batching, mixing and discharging.
Installation and removal of concrete mixing station (building);
1) all the work of sand building, stone silo partition, retaining wall, cofferdam and mixing station pouring foundation;
2) Installation and removal of mixing station;
3) Clean up and dismantle the construction site after completion;
4) Transportation of materials within 50km from the site.
Mixing in concrete mixing station (building): automatic batching, mixing and discharging.
Concrete transportation:
1) 1 km; Waiting for loading and unloading, running, turning around, returning empty cars and cleaning vehicles;
2)0.5km； Each additional shipment; 0.5km away, empty back.
Installation, disassembly and auxiliary facilities in the unit price of mechanical machine-team.
Meaning: refers to the labor cost, material cost, machinery cost, trial operation cost and auxiliary facilities cost required for installing and disassembling machinery on the construction site. The auxiliary implementation fee includes the cost of installing mechanical foundation, pedestal and fixing anchor pile.
The installation and disassembly costs of piling and drilling machinery in the process of construction, such as pier crossing and displacement, are included in the project cost;
Installation and dismantling of stabilized soil plant mixing equipment, asphalt emulsification equipment, black aggregate mixer, asphalt mixture mixing equipment, concrete mixing station (building), tower crane, mixing equipment, concrete mixing station (building), concrete foundation of large generator, sedimentation tank, radiator and other auxiliary facilities, as well as installation costs of rails and workbench required for mechanical operation are not included in this cost, and will be calculated separately in the project.
Provisions on adjustment of mortar and concrete label
The strength grade and dosage of concrete and mortar listed in the quota have been included in the quota according to the quantity specified in the mixture ratio table in the appendix, and will not be recalculated.
If the strength grade of concrete, mortar or cement used in the design is different from that listed in the quota, it can be converted according to the mixture ratio table. However, the actual construction mixture ratio material dosage and quota mixture ratio table show that conversion is allowed and cannot be adjusted.
