The third aspect is about emotional regulation. Sometimes because some scenes in life can't control themselves: children are disobedient, the pressure of work, the disharmony of family life and other factors, bad emotions have to appear. At this time, we should learn to adjust ourselves and try to correct our mentality with rational thinking. Many things are bound to happen or exist. Each of us has to face all kinds of disappointments in our living environment. There is no need to put too much pressure on yourself.
