What should sixth-grade children eat for breakfast in the morning?
That's what my mother did,

Monday: a cup of whole-grain soybean milk (home-squeezed, you can put some brain-strengthening nuts) and egg milk bread with fried ham or eggs. After all, it is not suitable for eating cold food in the morning.

Tuesday: 1-2 Tea eggs cooked in advance, as well as soybean milk or steamed bread. (available in the supermarket)

Wednesday: People who cook Chinese medicine porridge in advance to strengthen their brains (my parents are doctors) will drink and eat some meat in the morning, which will make them more energetic in the morning.

A bowl of jiaozi or wonton can be eaten quickly or wrapped in advance on Thursday, and sometimes it will be zongzi or glutinous rice balls, depending on the taste.

Friday: Stewed chicken legs, or chicken noodle soup. Sometimes I will make sushi and bring it to school, and I will eat it when I am hungry during recess.

If you really can't cook, you can also buy a soymilk machine and make some black rice and black bean fragrant rice porridge in the morning. Simple, fast, especially fragrant and nutritious.

Fruit juice is too cold for the child's stomach if it is drunk in the morning. This is probably my recipe when I was at school. Pupils eat less, and these things are cooked quickly. If you make them in different ways, children won't get bored.
