I. Overview and Development Prospect
Bamboo rat, also known as winter beaver, bamboo beaver and bamboo root pig, is a precious herbivore with fat body, small ears, short limbs, gray body and short hairless tail. Its fur is a high-grade raw material for fur and is very popular in the international market.
Bamboo rat meat is delicious and contains a variety of amino acids, especially lysine, which is a good game. Shanghai, Guangzhou and other big cities are still in short supply with a kilogram 150 yuan or more. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records: "Eating its meat, nourishing yin and strengthening yang, consolidating the body and promoting fluid production, and refining fat can be used as medicine to treat burns and nameless swelling." Must be the raw material for making advanced brushes. Xinrong Green Industry Co., Ltd., Dongan County, Hunan Province began to raise bamboo rats artificially from 1998. The scale of breeding bamboo rats is large and the technology is mature. It is the only provider of the video material of "Bamboo Rat Breeding Technology" broadcast by CCTV and made into film and television material for nationwide distribution. Xinrong Company has proved through practice that the bamboo rat has fast growth speed, strong reproductive ability, considerable economic benefits and very broad development prospects!
Compared with other breeding projects, artificial breeding of bamboo rats has five advantages:
1, do not compete with people for food, nor with cattle and sheep for food. Different from the house mouse, the bamboo mouse lives mainly on plant roots and crop straws, and eats little grain. Concentrate consumption is only 1/4 of that of broilers, 1/5 of ducks and 1/20 of pigs, and it can be raised even without commercial grains such as rice and corn. Cattle and sheep eat the tender branches and leaves of plants, and bamboo rats eat the old roots and stems of plants.
2. Bamboo rats live in caves, and they don't need sunlight for their growth and reproduction. It can be raised in hillsides and caves in remote rural areas, and can also be built indoors and basements in towns for industrial and three-dimensional breeding.
3, easy to raise. Feed only 1 time every day, feed continuously for 3-5 days 1 time, wash in summer 1 day/time, and wash in winter for 3-5 days 1 time. The workload of raising 1 pair of bamboo rats is only 1 1 0 of a pig,1can raise about 300 pairs of breeding rats, and a small number of breeding rats need not be supervised.
4, clean and hygienic. Bamboo rats don't need water, their urine is not so dry, and they don't smell like ordinary wild animals. They are cleaner and healthier than other livestock and poultry, and towns can develop.
5. Strong disease resistance and high benefit. The annual output value of breeding 1 pair of bamboo rats reaches 500~600 yuan, which exceeds the current net income of raising two pigs in rural areas. Each bamboo rat needs roughage 150 ~ 200 g and concentrate 15 ~ 25 g every day, weighing 2kg from birth to slaughter.
It takes 4 months and the feed cost is low. The bamboo rat has strong reproductive ability, and its weight is 1kg.
At the early stage of sexual maturity, female rats give birth to 4-6 litters each year, 1 female rats give birth to about 20 litters each year. A labor force can feed and manage about 500 breeding mice.
Second, the site construction requirements
1, site selection
Bamboo rat is a burrowing animal with low temperature tolerance, timidity and light avoidance, and likes to live in a dark, cool, quiet and pollution-free environment. It is afraid of direct sunlight and strong light, and the environment polluted by noise, toxic gas and sewage. Suitable for
-8-35℃. According to this feature, the general requirements of bamboo rat breeding grounds are: quiet, cool and dry, easy to cool down in summer and easy to keep warm in winter.
Rural breeding sites should also be built in secluded places far away from roads, especially hillsides, orchards, reservoirs or caves. If the old houses in the village, such as pigsty and cowshed, are rebuilt, it is required to be dark, dry and secluded, warm in winter and cool in summer, and there must be facilities to prevent cats and dogs from intruding.
2. Nest structure
(1) There is no fixed construction mode for the bamboo rat's nest room, but considering the factors of satisfying the living habits of the bamboo rat, being beneficial to the growth and reproduction of the bamboo rat, being easy to clean, safe and cheap, four points should be paid attention to when building the bamboo rat's nest room:
(1) Keep away from light or there are caves to hide. Dark light is required at the bottom of rat pond;
② It is required to be warm in winter and cool in summer. When building a nest house on the balcony or roof, there should be facilities to help cool down and prevent wind and rain.
(3) Prevent the bamboo rat from climbing the wall and drilling holes to escape. The inner wall of the nest and the bottom of the pool should be leveled and reinforced with cement mortar, and the pool wall should be as high as 50 cm or more; If the cage is made of cement board, the cage cover should be fixed with bolts and fastened with iron wire to prevent the bamboo rats from escaping by arching the cement cover.
④ Construction of aquaculture ponds with different purposes. A well-equipped bamboo rat culture pond should have at least two types of culture ponds, including culture ponds or cages (small rooms) and group culture ponds (large rooms). Only in this way can it be conducive to scientific grouping management and allow bamboo rats to get enough activity space for their growth and reproduction.
(2) Small-scale farming can be built under the fence of one's own yard or on the open space. You can also use idle old houses and abandoned warehouses to build bamboo rat nests. According to different purposes, different types of breeding ponds can be built:
① Large cement pool: with an area of more than 2 square meters, some hollow cement pipes can be placed in the pool for bamboo rats to hide. The large cement pool is suitable for weaned young rats and young rats.
(2) Breeding pond: It consists of two small ponds, an inner pond and an outer pond, with the inner pond as a nest room and the outer pond as a breeding room and a sports ground. The bottom of the inner and outer pools is provided with a communicating hole with a diameter of about12cm for bamboo rats to enter and exit. The size of the inner chamber should be strictly controlled between 30 cm ×25 cm in length and width. Small area is not conducive to the mating of bamboo rats, and large area will not automatically remove feces and food residues from the nest. Exterior specifications: length, width and height are 70cm× 40cm× 60cm respectively. The bottom of the pool should be coated with cement to prevent the bamboo rats from escaping. Special attention should be paid to the smoothness of the pool angle to prevent bamboo rats from escaping by using the reaction force of the included angle of the pool wall.
Third, feeding management.
1, feed type.
① coarse grains: coarse grains account for 60%-70% of the diet of bamboo rats. Bamboo rat is a herbivore, and its digestibility of crude fiber is extremely high. Green feed suitable for raising bamboo rats includes straw, yellow bamboo stalk, cogongrass rhizome, bamboo stalk, bamboo root, watermelon peel, corn stalk, corn cob, cane head, cane stalk, cane tail, carrot, mango branch, Ficus microcarpa branch, water willow and so on.
② Concentrate: 30%-40% of the diet. The fine feed suitable for raising bamboo rats includes water chestnut, sweet potato, potato, cold potato, corn, grain, peanut, mung bean, soybean and rice.
③
Compound feed: 80% corn flour, 8% wheat bran, 7% peanut bran, 3% fish meal, 2% bone meal, 0.5% salt and livestock growth hormone. Mix the above raw materials evenly, adjust the humidity with cold boiled water (the humidity can be kneaded by hand, and it is advisable to spread it out with hands), and it is better to mix and feed now; It is convenient to make feed pellets in feed pellet machine, but the storage period should not be too long.
④ Administration: It is difficult for bamboo rats to administer drugs. Some of the wild coarse grains naturally eaten by bamboo rats are Chinese herbal medicines, which have the function of preventing and treating diseases:
A, thatch root (cogongrass rhizome), which has the effect of cooling and relieving summer heat, can be used as health feed in high temperature period in summer;
B. Wild Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Zanthoxylum bungeanum) has the functions of invigorating stomach, promoting digestion, regulating qi and killing insects;
C. Lycium barbarum has the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood, and it is one of the most commonly used medicinal feeds for farmers.
D, duck feet wood, suitable for colds, fever, sore throat, swelling and pain from falls. Regular consumption of the roots of Paederia can prevent and treat influenza and internal and external injuries. This is one of the most commonly used classical medicine feeds for farmers.
E, honeysuckle (Lonicera. ), which has the effect of clearing away heat and toxic materials, can prevent heatstroke, cold and intestinal infection by collecting its roots and feeding them to bamboo rats in summer; This is one of the most commonly used medicine feeds for farmers.
F, mung beans, cooked, fed or boiled into mung bean porridge, which can cool off in summer;
G, Ficus microcarpa (Ficus microcarpa) with heat-clearing and anti-inflammatory effects, and feeding its roots to bamboo rats can prevent and treat colds and conjunctivitis;
H. Immature fruit of guava (chicken excrement fruit). Has astringent and antidiarrheal effects. Collecting immature fruits and feeding them fresh can treat diarrhea in bamboo rats.
⑤ Soil: According to an experienced master, the domestic bamboo rat is domesticated, but it is still wild. We will collect some fresh soil from the mountain every 1-2 months, and put a handful in each nest for the bamboo rats in the nest to eat. It is said that it is to supplement some trace elements, and this method is worth a try by the majority of rat friends.
2. Feeding and management of bamboo rats in different periods.
① Feeding and management of young rats
Young rats refer to the stage from weaning to 3 months old. At this stage, the metabolism is vigorous and the growth rate is fast, but the digestive function is weak and the digestibility of crude fiber is low. Therefore, the feed should be fresh, digestible and nutritious, mainly composed of carrots, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoots, corn and wheat bran, and a small amount of fish meal, bone meal and auxin should be added to the diet to improve the digestibility of the feed. Don't feed fruits and vegetables with high water content and bamboo and plant root feed with high hard and crude fiber content, so as to avoid diarrhea and stomatitis caused by indigestion. The daily food intake is generally 15-20g, which is fed twice, less in the morning and more in the afternoon. Because of frequent activities at night, the nutrition consumption is high. In order to achieve the effect of all-in and all-out, we should feed separately according to weight and physical strength, and feed and treat the weak and sick separately. In order to keep the house clean, remove feces and leftovers every day.
② Feeding and management of adult rats.
Bamboo rats aged 4 to 6 months are called adult rats. The bred mice have strong disease resistance and rapid growth and development.
A, pay attention to the feeding environment. Adult mice are very sensitive to the environment. Ask for silence, avoid noise and minimize outsiders' visits. The breeder should be careful not to scare them.
B, regular quantitative feeding diet, make it adapt to the specific living environment. Feed coarse straw/kloc-0.5 ~ 20g ~ 200g and concentrate/kloc-0.5 ~ 20g every day. The basic diet does not need to be changed. If you want to change feed, you should gradually increase the number of new feed, reduce the proportion of the original feed, and let it have an adaptation process. Don't feed straw contaminated by pesticides. Feed collected in rainy days and grass stalks with dew in the morning should be dried before feeding.
C, put dry bamboo or hardwood strips in the house to breed mice's teeth grow fast, so a small amount of dry bamboo or hardwood strips must be put in the house to let them gnaw their teeth.
D. do a good job of heatstroke prevention and cooling in summer. If the indoor temperature reaches above 35℃, the ventilation is poor, and the water in the feed is insufficient, individual fat rats are prone to heatstroke and die. In order to avoid this phenomenon, we can solve it by adding juicy feed, such as sweet potato and watermelon peel, which should account for 50% of the diet. In addition, in order to reduce the feeding density, 6 ~ 10 heads per square meter can be raised, and other methods can also be adopted, such as building a shed to shade the sun and watering to cool down. When each animal weighs about 2.0kg, it can be released.
③ Feeding management during pregnancy, calving and lactation.
The gestation period of bamboo rats is 45 ~ 60 days, with an average of 50 days. On the 25th day after mating, the abdomen began to swell and droop slightly. Feed during pregnancy should be diversified and relatively stable to avoid adverse consequences such as refusing to eat, diarrhea, abortion, stillbirth and lack of milk. And ensure that the environment is clean, dry, comfortable and quiet, so as to avoid the mother mouse from being frightened. Don't take snapshots during pregnancy. When there are signs of premature birth, put a little straw in the house properly to let the mother mouse nest on the grass to protect the newborn mouse. During lactation, in addition to properly increasing feed on protein, we should keep quiet and not disturb the mother rats, so as not to abandon, bite or eat the offspring. The mother rats can be weaned naturally after being expelled from the litter, and it is suggested that the mother rats should find another new home and reduce the feed standard and quantity appropriately to avoid mastitis caused by weaning. Young rats are kept in the original house to avoid the influence of environmental changes on their growth or survival rate.
④ Feeding and management of feeding rats.
A. Breeding male rats: It is required that the breeding male rats develop well, weigh more than 65438±0.3kg, have straight back, strong testicles, strong sexual desire, rough feeding tolerance, no fighting, quick mating action and excellent semen quality. The quantity and quality of semen in reproductive male rats are related to nutrition, but it is not suitable for overfeeding.
Green roughage includes bamboo leaves, bamboo poles, bamboo shoots, corn stalks, reed stalks, sugar cane, carrots and so on. The compound diet is: corn flour 55%, bran 20%, peanut bran 15%, bone meal 3% and fish meal 7%.
B. mating female rats: mating female rats are required to have a high litter rate, strong motherhood and a large appetite, weighing more than 65438±0.0kg. The feeding management of female rats should be based on the characteristics of estrus, pregnancy and lactation.
During the rest period, the female rats should be mainly fed with green roughage, with a small amount of concentrate to maintain moderate obesity. The pregnant period of female rats is about 50 days, and the feeding during this period should ensure the needs of mineral elements such as protein, calcium and phosphorus. At the same time, the feed should be clean, fresh, diverse and relatively stable. Female rats should be kept separately after pregnancy, and the house should always be kept clean and covered with dry and soft bedding. 25 ~ 30-day-old cubs can nurse with their mothers after they open their eyes. Is it easy to feed them fresh at this time? Bamboo branches, grass stems and whole grain feed of small flowers. At the same time, the mother rats are supplemented with minerals and various vitamins. After 30-45 days of age, weaned rats were divided into 2-3 batches, every 3-5 days 1 batch, and the survival rate of offspring rats was over 98%.
Fourth, domestication and reproduction.
1. Correct mating of male and female mice
Male and female mice mostly hide in caves during the day and come out at night, so it is difficult to observe their estrus characteristics. They can only be calculated from the age of feeding and the time after giving birth, and can be divided into two methods: conventional breeding method and "blood matching" method.
①
Conventional feeding method: If the male and female are fed in mixed groups from childhood, they can freely choose to mate, and then feed the pregnant female rats separately after discovering pregnancy. After 30~35 days of weaning, the female rats that have given birth can be moved into the mixed group with other male and female rats, or fed separately from the original male rats. Generally, after 2~3 days, males and females can mate. If it is found that the weaned female rats bite their offspring and are not short of feed, it means that the female rats are in estrus in advance and need to be isolated in time so that the male and female rats can breed with them in time.
②
"Blood matching" method: When the mother rat's mood has been stable 12 hours after delivery, she can "match blood". The method is to put the female rat into a pool with two male rats to mate after giving birth 12~24 hours, and close the cage for 1 hour. At intervals of half a day, that is, 25-48 hours after delivery, the female rats were put into the pool again and handed in with the two male rats. Repeated mating in this way can improve the conception rate and litter size. However, attention should be paid to the domestication of bamboo rats in order to raise and mate in groups. This method is not recommended for bamboo rats that have not been domesticated successfully. However, this method is not recommended by our company for new breeders or mice with poor physique.
Breeding mice breed 1-2 times a day: the temperature is suitable in spring and autumn, the male mouse has strong sexual desire and the semen quality is good. Estrus lasts for 1-3 days at a time, and mating is carried out at night. The mating ratio of male and female is 1: 2.3, 1: 1.
2. Pregnancy identification of female rats
Bamboo rats like to live in caves, and it is difficult to observe whether the female rats are pregnant. According to experience, there are four ways to judge the pregnancy of bamboo rats:
① Male and female rats were examined 5-7 days after mating. If the hair around the female mouse's nipple is everted, revealing the nipple, it means that she is pregnant.
② According to the feeding time of male and female rats. If the female rat is kept in a cage 1 month, the female rat's food intake is higher than usual, the width of her abdomen is increased by one finger, and she goes to sleep after eating, so it can be judged that the female rat is pregnant.
③ After mating 1 month, the female rats will be hung upside down, and if the inner groins of both hind legs are full, they will be pregnant; If the mother mouse that has just eaten is hung upside down, it will only see abdominal distension, but the groin on the inner side of the hind leg is not full, so it is not pregnant.
④ The success rate of the "touch identification method" established by our company to identify whether the female rat is pregnant can reach 100%. This method was taught face to face by the company's technicians when they introduced it to our company. It is of great significance for farmers to discover the pregnancy of breeding rats in time and improve the survival rate of young rats.
3. Nursing care of mother rats before and after delivery
Most pregnant female rats eat less and sleep more one week before giving birth. They will automatically pick up straw mats 1 ~ 2 days before delivery and stop eating 1 day before delivery. If the male mouse and the female mouse are kept in cages, the female mouse will drive the male mouse out of the nest. Before delivery, the vulva of the female rats was swollen and flushed, and the nipple was larger than usual 1 times. When she can express a small amount of milk, it means that she will give birth within half a day.
According to the above characteristics, it is necessary to prepare for the following safe delivery in time: if the male and female rats are locked together, they will be separated and replaced with clean nest grass. If it is raised in a small pond, the delivery room should be temporarily covered so that the mother rats can give birth in a quiet and dark environment. It is necessary to add juicy feed to the mother mouse so that the mother mouse can have rich milk. Don't throw feed into the delivery room after delivery, so as not to disturb the offspring and the mother mouse, and don't just open the cage cover to see the offspring, and try to keep quiet, otherwise the mother mouse will bite the offspring if disturbed. After giving birth to 15 days, the mother rats should be supplemented with nutrient concentrate and fresh bamboo branches. If there are many litters in one fetus, heatstroke prevention and cooling should be carried out in summer, and hay should be cut at the feeding place in winter to keep the mother rats warm. When weaning, the mother rats must be removed, and the young rats should stay in the original nest 10~ 15 days.
The delivery time is 2-4 hours, and it will take 1-2 hours at the earliest. 6 ~ 7 days before delivery, the nipple of the mother mouse is exposed, and the activity is reduced and the action is slow. Before labor, I made a "goo goo" sound from time to time. At childbirth, the offspring are born together with the placenta and placenta. The mother rat eats the placenta and placenta while giving birth, and finally bites off the umbilical cord and licks the amniotic fluid of the offspring. At this time, future generations can hear the cry of "Ji Ji". Avoid watching and touching during delivery and keep the environment quiet.
Two hours after giving birth, the mother began to breastfeed her offspring. During lactation, compound feed should be fed, and the amount should be increased appropriately. At the same time, milk or soybean milk should be given every day to increase the lactation of female rats. The milk yield of female rats is more than100g per day, which is enough to meet the milk demand of offspring rats. It is necessary to adjust the temperature of nursing mothers' home. Generally, the greenhouse temperature is maintained at 8-28℃, exceeding 30℃ in summer and not lower than 5℃ in winter. Especially in winter, it is necessary to prevent thieves from invading the nest.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) Solutions to some common problems
1, to prevent female rats from biting, eating and abandoning their offspring.
Most female rats bite, eat and abandon their offspring 48 hours after delivery. There are many reasons, and corresponding measures can be taken according to the specific situation:
① The nipple of the female mouse is small and the milk is insufficient. The young mouse sucks the arch under the abdomen of the mother mouse and makes a loud noise. When the mother mouse is upset, she will roar and bite the young mouse. Preventive measures: female rats with large and uniform breasts are selected as seeds when introduced;
② The temperature is too high or too low. Prevention method: choose a cool and dry place to build cages, basement and caves are the best (but pay attention to clean the nests in time in rainy days in the south wind). The temperature of the delivery room is maintained at 8-28 degrees;
③ Postpartum shock. Preventive measures: try to keep the environment quiet during childbirth, so that managers can't watch it, let alone touch or scratch the bamboo mouse with their hands;
(4) If the female rats are injured and feel uncomfortable, they will bite and eat. Prevention methods: isolate pregnant female rats and raise them separately to avoid fighting, and treat them in time if they are found injured;
⑤ The garbage cage is poorly ventilated. Preventive measures: regular inspection, timely removal of feces and bedding after the mother mouse is pushed to the hole to keep the delivery room well ventilated;
⑥ Insufficient feeding during childbirth, especially the lack of juicy feed. The mother mouse consumes a lot of physical strength during childbirth, bleeding and losing water, and she is extremely thirsty, so she will eat the young mouse. Prevention methods: feed enough food, especially a considerable amount of juicy feed to ensure adequate nutrition and water;
⑦ Female rats lack mineral elements and eat larvae to supplement them. Prevention method: mix bone (or bone meal), trace element additives and vitamins in concentrate and feed;
(8) Human interference will cause the mother rats to eat their offspring during lactation. Precautions: Cover the suckling rat pool with wooden boards or cardboard to avoid being peeped by outsiders, and keep the surrounding quiet, and try not to disturb the mother rat when feeding at night;
⑨
Female rats have more babies and fewer nipples. Treatment: Take advantage of the opportunity of catching the female rats and putting them into the male rat pool to breed, and separate the redundant offspring. Wear medical latex gloves when handling offspring to prevent them from sticking to human sweat. Each bamboo rat can breastfeed up to 7 young rats, and the rest should be taken to other nests for breastfeeding, but the age difference between the two nests of young rats raised in the same nest should be within 3-5 days. If it is impossible to nest together, the separated offspring should be artificially breastfed to keep warm in winter.
2. Prevention and treatment of common diseases of bamboo rats
①
Trauma is the most common and common disease in raising bamboo rats. People often bite each other because of fighting for food, being frightened, fighting for nests, or being caught in iron cages during transportation, and improper capture methods cause man-made accidental injuries. Treatment: When trauma is found, it is necessary to apply liquid medicine blue sky iodine, pot bottom ash and Wanhua oil. Everyone can use a trauma hemostatic. When the wound is large, deep and bleeding is more, Yunnan Baiyao should be applied to stop bleeding and diminish inflammation. The wound cannot be bandaged with gauze, nor can it be coated with ointment or adhesive tape, otherwise the bamboo rat will tear off the bandage;
②
Most of the serious injuries or abscesses of bamboo rats are caused by fighting and can not be treated in time or improperly. It is common in bamboo rats with yellow-white purulent masses on the head, abdomen, limbs and tail roots, which are hard outside and soft inside. Treatment: Incite abscess, expel pus, wash and disinfect the wound, grind with chloramphenicol tablets and rub with peanut oil, inject penicillin into muscle to diminish inflammation and prevent the wound from reinfection;
③
Gastroenteritis is mainly caused by unclean feed, moldy deterioration and depressed mood of sick rats. Eat less or don't eat, there is thin feces around the anus, groan in the nest at night, it becomes thinner and thinner, and finally dehydrates and dies. Treatment: After stopping eating 1-2 meals, grind and mix oxytetracycline (if human medicine is used, the dosage is 1/4 ~ 1/6) 1 tablet (0.5g) and take it twice a day; Or intramuscular injection of oxytetracycline injection (0.4-0.5ml each time, daily 1 time) for 3 days; In severe cases, chloramphenicol can be injected into the medial thigh muscle, 0.5-0.6 ml each time,/kloc-0 times a day, and it can be cured after continuous injection for 2 days. This disease is difficult to treat after the middle and late stage, so we should pay attention to regular and careful observation during feeding. In the early stage, you can mix the concentrate with the bottom ash of the pot that burns firewood for one or two days.
④ Colibacillosis mostly occurs in spring and summer. The sick mouse has a big belly and a sense of fluctuation in touch. Female rats are often mistaken for pregnant, and autopsy shows that there are a large number of colloidal (transparent colloidal) extracts in their abdomen. Treatment: neomycin and cephalosporin were injected into rats with 0.5 ml each time, and the young rats were halved;
⑤
The cold is caused by the sudden change of climate, and the bamboo mouse is caught by the wind and rain. The diseased rats have accelerated breathing, chills, runny nose, reduced or no food intake, and their body temperature drops, and in severe cases, their body temperature rises. If they are not treated in time, they are prone to pneumonia. Treatment: compound aminopyrine is injected intramuscularly, 0.3-0.5 ml each time, twice a day, and penicillin is injected intramuscularly, three times a day in severe cases. Cross-injection of penicillin and streptomycin is necessary when pneumonia is complicated, and it should be carried out under the guidance of veterinarians.
⑥
Heatstroke, when transporting bamboo rats in summer, if the temperature is above 32 degrees, the ventilation in the carriage is not smooth, or after 20-30 minutes of exposure, coupled with the lack of juicy feed, the water in the body can not be replenished, heatstroke will occur. First-aid method: Move the diseased rat to a cool place, and bury the corpse with wet sand, only exposing the head. 10- 15 minutes later, the bamboo rat woke up. If you can't find wet sand, you can soak the bamboo mouse in cold water to expose its head to prevent it from drinking a lot of water, otherwise it will be difficult for the mouse to eat even if the heatstroke is relieved. In addition, cool oil can also be applied to the nostrils of bamboo rats.
All landowners postpartum uterine bleeding. Some female rats exert too much force when giving birth to their first child, which is easy to cause postpartum uterine bleeding. If not found in time, the uterus will turn black and give off an unpleasant smell, and eventually the female mouse will bite it off, so that the female mouse will lose its reproductive ability.
First-aid method: If newborn rats keep screaming (there is no milk to eat) within two or three days after delivery, it is time to check the situation of the mother rats and determine that there are two ways to deal with the uterus. First, fry the soybeans and put them into the pig bile, so that the fried soybeans can absorb the juice of the pig bile. After half an hour, take it out and dry it a little, then grind it into powder and mix it with food to feed. After two or three days, the uterus will integrate itself into the body. Second, it is found that after hysterectomy, the uterine head is smeared with cool oil three or four times a day. After smearing, the female rat will lick it continuously and recover slowly after a few days. It is worth noting that the above methods are suitable for about three days after delivery. If it is found more than four days after delivery, the possibility of cure will be much lower, and it can basically be announced that it has become a hermaphrodite mouse.
