Rock sugar and Sydney soup
Materials: 2 Sydney, fresh lily 100g, red dates, longan and medlar.
working methods
The first step is to prepare the ingredients for the soup. Sydney can use Yali pear, rock sugar pear and so on. Sydney is rich in dietary fiber, which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and relieve indigestion. Sydney stew can clear away heat and moisten the lungs and dry. I used fresh lily stew. If I can't buy fresh lilies, I can use dried lilies. If dried lily is used as soup, it is best to soak dried lily 1 hour in advance.
The second step is to clean each petal of fresh lily and cut off the yellow or black parts.
The third step is to peel and core Sydney. Don't make soup with Sydney core, or the soup will be sour.
Step four, put the lily and Sydney into the Dongling health pot. If the stewing mode is selected, the amount of water injected should not exceed the highest water level line.
Step 4: stew Sydney and lily for half an hour. Sydney and Lily have cooked.
Step 5, add red dates, longan and medlar, and continue stewing for 5 minutes.
Step 6: The stew is sweet and delicious.
Tips: First, if you use the Dongling health pot in the picture, you can use a soup pot or an electronic stewing cup. As long as it can be used to make soup, you can make Sydney Lily soup.
Secondly, fresh lily stew is used here. If dried lily is used for stewing soup, dried lily should be soaked first, and the stewing time should be appropriately extended to make the lily stew soft and rotten.
Third, if you like sweet things, you can add a little rock sugar to stew the soup together. But I didn't put sugar myself. Sydney, red dates, longan and medlar all have sweetness. I think they are sweet enough together.
