So, how can we judge whether there is something wrong with the body? It's actually quite simple. With the above four kinds of massage techniques, we can judge whether the reflex zone is sore or pimple, so as to judge whether there is a problem with the corresponding organs. Generally speaking, this four-in-one basic method can be used for both normal health care and minor illnesses. Don't be too rigid, come as soon as possible. This method is very effective and easy to adhere to.
It is worth noting that all the above techniques have played the role of reference acupuncture, that is, massage instead of acupuncture. Although the needle doesn't go in, the strength goes in, and the therapeutic effect goes in. It can be said that all roads lead to the same goal, all of which are aimed at achieving an adjustment.
However, although the pointer is very convenient, it will feel very tired after a long time. Don't believe that most of the fingers of those massage masters are deformed. At this time, we can choose to use a massage stick, which is relatively more labor-saving and more accurate than fingers. In addition, you can also "replace the needle with stone", that is, use bian stone as a tool.
Bian Shi is one of the two major medical instruments in traditional medicine in China. Chinese medicine believes that Bian Shi has the functions of calming nerves, regulating qi and blood, and dredging meridians. Through modern medical means, Bian Shi emits a variety of far infrared rays and ultrasonic pulses that are beneficial to human body, promoting microcirculation and regulating metabolism, which is equivalent to a far infrared therapeutic instrument plus an acoustic therapeutic instrument.
Of course, what I'm talking about here are only four basic methods of massage in the reflex zone. For massage in different parts of the reflex zone, some other methods should be adopted accordingly. These methods will be described in detail below. Hand is a relatively independent part of human body, which shows the rise and fall of human qi and blood, the rise and fall of the struggle between good and evil, and the prognosis judgment in the process of disease evolution. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we attach great importance to the hand and have done in-depth research and discussion.
The hand is an independent holographic embryo, and all organs and limbs of the human body have corresponding parts in the hand. When the viscera is diseased, the corresponding color and morphological changes will also occur in the holographic acupoint area of the hand with the same name. Hand holographic massage is a method to treat diseases, prevent diseases, preserve health and strengthen the body by applying specific and effective massage stimulation to holographic acupoints of viscera and organs of the hand to dredge local qi and blood and adjust the deficiency and excess of viscera.
