"Spring covering and autumn freezing" is a health preserving method advocated by Chinese medicine. "Autumn freezing" means that the temperature is slightly cold in autumn, so don't add too many clothes too early. Diet conditioning. Autumn diet should be based on the principle of "nourishing yin and moistening dryness, and yang dryness protecting yin". Under the guidance of Chinese medicine, you can choose drugs or medicated diets that nourish yin and moisten lung for conditioning. Chinese medicine believes that yellow enters the spleen and black enters the kidney, so you can eat more yellow and black foods. Suggested medicated diet

(1) Poria porridge of Euryale ferox: Euryale ferox 15g, Poria 10g, and appropriate amount of rice.
