Practice of pear stew with loquat leaf rock sugar

Wash loquat leaves and peel pears for later use. Pears can be washed without peeling, but I don't like peeling myself, so I peel them.

Cut the loquat leaves in half and put them at the bottom of the stew, or leave them uncut.

Cut the pears into small pieces and put them in the stew. The size of the incision is not too big. A good knife can cut evenly.

Add the right amount of mineral water, about half. Add a few medlars, and don't put anything you don't like. This dessert is mainly loquat stewed pear, which can relieve cough, reduce phlegm and moisten lung. Lycium barbarum is added by the way.
